Big Daddy's Pizza — Restaurant in Riverton

Terrible customer service. We ordered a pizza and an appetizer that never got delivered. Very specific directions were given (because they got lost last time) and we were told it would be 30-45 minutes. Of course after an hour we called them and they said they were lost. Another 15 minutes go by and the delivery person answered and she was back in the shop. I guess the order was cancelled when they gave up trying to find our house but decided to not let us know. Instead of making it right, all we got were excuses. First they said we must be out of their delivery range, even though they are less than a couple of miles away and they had delivered to us before. Next they said that they couldn't bring the address up on the gps, which is a lie. Then they said that they had another employee giving directions visually (what?!!!). I asked for the manager and they said there wasn't an available manager, to which I asked for whoever was in charge at that time. Of course the answer to that was that there wasn't anyone in charge because the manager was in Vietnam. Then they said that there was a regional general manger (Cassidy Barney) but I couldn't speak with him so I gave them my phone number to have him call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call.

To the employees at the store: GET IT TOGETHER!!! You most likely use a smart phone to Facebook and Instagram--learn to use a map app! To the manager of that store--why would you leave your idiotic employees to fend for themselves?!!! IDIOTS...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Daddy's Pizza in South Jordan and overall, I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere with a fun, casual vibe that made it perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

Of course, the real star of the show here is the pizza, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pies. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the "Meat Lover's" pizza, which had a great combination of sausage, pepperoni, and bacon.

In addition to the pizza, the restaurant also offers a variety of other menu items, including salads and wings. While I didn't try any of these myself, they looked delicious and I would definitely be interested in giving them a try in the future.

The only reason I'm giving Big Daddy's Pizza a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because I did find the prices to be a bit on the high side. However, given the quality of the food and the overall experience, I do think it's worth the price for a special treat every once in a while.

Beware of this location specifically: Poor customer service and unsanitary practices

So this review is for this location specifically. To be clear I love Big Daddy's pizza but this location has the worst service I have seen (my expectations are not high). I recently went in to order on a Sunday just to be told by the kid at the counter (who was playing a slot machine game the whole time I attempted to talk to him) "go order online instead of in store", all because I had questions about pricing and if there was specials. I also asked for the 5.99$ cheese and 6.99$ pepperoni (for my younger kids) which says on the website and their windows "all day every day", which I guess at this location is not a thing because they said they dont have them ready or that pricing on Sunday. I am pretty disappointed because this is the location closest to me and now I will never go back because of the two lazy poorly trained people who should not be in customer service or handling food. I know these places are franchised but its sad that the brand is represented like this, I never expect a lot from these places but the attention of the cashier and just some common courtesy would be nice.
