Popped in around 2:45. Place was dead, not a good sign. No one was behind the counter, another kinda red flag. Couple tables where unkept, seen worse at Burger King so not bad. Guy behind the counter had to suggest my meal for me since there wasn’t any menu to be found. So I had the chicken bowl. Wasn’t too bad. Rice, chicken, sour cream, guac, some other stuff; I can’t remember what all I put on it. The white rice was rather nice in soaking up all the slop in the bowl and left me rather full. Food was a bit TOO salty.
The real treat of the place was listening to the employees in the back having a rather loud “gentlemen’s disagreement” about something I can only image. I like to think this loud and foul mouthed distracting verbal altercation was about the quality of workmanship or perhaps the lack of obtainable hours. But I feel there was more to it than that just those topics.
I decided to eat outside since after listening to the verbal jousting I felt a little unsafe to remain the lone patron inside. I faint at the site of blood, and this brew-ha-ha sounded like it was getting a little out of control. I didn’t want to have to be the person to call 911 because someone’s hand “accidentally” went into a meat grinder.
I’d rate the experience 4 stars if I could have at least joined in on the unseen-and-only-heard debates emanating from the kitchen.
Also; no trash can outside. An odd choice to withhold when you offer outside seating.
UPDATE 12/10/2021: You guys asked me to contact you at support with my review, so we could discuss it; so I did... and you haven't bothered to respond. So knocking my review down to 1 star because now you guys are just playing around and wasting my time; and that's just silly to do and shows that you don't really care about these...
Read moreI really wanted to love this place….however it was an experience that was less than desirable. As we entered we were greeted by one of the guys behind the counter, may not have been loud, but it was a polite greeting. Then out of the corner we hear who I later find out to be the owner, yelling “did someone greet you, say anything to you? If not I am gonna have to yell at my staff”…he was serious!!!! We then order, not being there before we asked questions on what to order and such and the young guy serving us was very polite. The food was ok at best, served in a Togo box and the food that should have been hot was not. Was going to get guacamole, which I love but I couldn’t do it for it was in a bag and brown. Should have known then to not eat anything there with my background in restaurants…..I am hoping I don’t pay for that decision later. The booth we sat in was dirty, everything around us you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in some time or at all. But the biggest turning point was the bathrooms. I literally started laughing at the sign that stated we aim for cleanliness. I am really trying not to be that mean reviewer but when I tell you that bathroom was filthy, that’s an understatement. There was no evidence that it had been touched in months. As I came back out to leave I looked at the kitchen, yet another disgusting find. Literally my stomach turned as I was finding these things after I had eaten. Whether you have worked in restaurants or not any normal person can see that place hasn’t been cleaned. I wish I could say I would go back but that will not happen…. They need to focus on cleaning and quality food control more...

Bubbakoo's Burritos offers a delightful dining experience, particularly with their taco salad and their new item Birria-Dilla. The taco salad is fresh and flavorful, featuring a perfect mix of crunchy greens, savory meat, and a variety of toppings and flavored sauces that blend together beautifully. The birria-dillas are equally impressive, with a crispy exterior and a gooey, cheesy filling that is both satisfying and delicious.
What sets Bubbakoo's apart is their friendly and attentive staff. Nick and David, in particular, are super great and incredibly kind, ensuring a pleasant visit with their excellent customer service.
Additionally, the restaurant frequently introduces exciting new items such as a new sauce, (Guchujang) on the menu, keeping the dining experience fresh and interesting. Whether you're dining in or taking out, Bubbakoo's Burritos stands out not only for its tasty food but also for its warm and inviting atmosphere.
