Giving this review as a experienced chef an pitmaster for over 35 years.Well since this review we were asked to leave because we gave a bad review cuz the manager couldn't handle the truth. Guess they'll be asking a lot of other people not to come because there's about 60% bad reviews on here so your time might be coming. you leave a bad review you'll be barred from the restaurant. and God forbid if you go a couple times and use their free spinning wheel gift you get they really get upset even though you have to pay for your sides. they tried to accuse me of coming just to get free food which is a lie because I have enough money in assets I could buy me my own Ruby Tuesdays probably have more money in cash flow than all the waitresses and the manager put together. some of the food I'm sure is good but the stuff we had was not. but the other day I did have the pork chop and that was a good meal but the last two times the food was not up to par. and because I reviewed poorly to them when we went in yesterday they asked us to leave. I guess because the way I dress she thinks I was some bum off the street just trying to get freefood. I probably have more money in the bank than her her manager and every other employee put together. they put out a wheel you spin in order to get people to come in they give you something free so you have to buy sides and stuff and they get business. It worked it brought us in we bought sides as well and they got upset because our food came out cold. and the amounts were small even the burgers were small. My adult son is special needs and he complained about the food and he pretty much eats anything. look for us out there as soon as we can get some decent weather cuz I'm disabled and I have to have a little cooler will be out there with our signs picketing this place and letting other people know how they treat customers because they put up bad reviews. they have a 3.5 average on the Stars.shared two reviews which none of them showed up actually on the Ruby Tuesday review list and I received no responses back which my reviews I believe went to corporate office first and then to the manager which when we went into heat she did mention something to do with what I had to have her come to our table again. Got no response back online from the corporate office or from the restaurant as most of them did the reviews that I've read. Say the same thing I said about my reviews in the good ones were far and few between. The only response I got was from the night manager when we went there to try him again. And she didn't seem very happy about it but I only told the truth and exactly the way our experience went. But I received no response from the corporate office or other about my review. An experienced pitmaster and chef I'm giving these reviews from experience. I'm hoping that they will help improve the service and the food on this restaurant. Which seems like the recipes changes are going to have to come from the corporate office you should never deep fry a piece of pork unless you're making pork rind. Or cut up a country style rib into little squares. We continue to go because we get coupons off a wheel we spin online. Which we pay for our sides in our drinks we just get the main course hamburger ribs etc no charge. We don't go in there and eat just for free and leave we also pay for some of our food because it does not come with a main entree. But I kind of wondered why my reviews I sent aren't on the reviews for that restaurant believe they were not transferred or maybe they just go to the corporate office and don't show up there. But they are transferred to the manager from what I understand. We went from on our first visit from poor quality food and good service. To the second time we went back not so good food and not so good service so none of it is consistent. I'm hoping that my post will help change the way the corporate office puts out these recipes then they need to try the food again themselves and maybe change the menu in the way of cooking some...

Ruby Tuesday in Gibsonton, Florida, has been a local favorite for years, and for good reason. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal with friends, a family gathering, or just a quick bite, this location offers something for everyone.
The restaurant boasts a fantastic outdoor seating area that is covered, making it perfect for enjoying a meal in the Florida weather without the worry of getting too hot or rained on. Inside, there's a welcoming bar area where you can grab a drink and relax, and the seating arrangements are versatile, with tables that cater to both small parties and larger groups of up to 10 or 15 people.
One of the standout features is the amazing salad bar, which offers a wonderful variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, toppings, and dressings, along with a selection of cold sides. It’s the perfect way to start your meal, or you can even make it your main course. The baby back ribs are a must-try—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Another favorite is the mashed potatoes, which are rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
For a great twist on a classic, I highly recommend the cheeseburger, where you can substitute the usual French fries for those fantastic mashed potatoes. And with the added benefit of the salad bar, it’s the perfect combination of comfort food with a fresh, healthy touch.
If you’re looking for a great deal, be sure to sign up for Ruby Tuesday's rewards program. You’ll receive daily specials, and it makes dining here even more affordable. Plus, there's plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot when you arrive.
The prices are great for the quality of food and the portion sizes, making Ruby Tuesday a go-to for both quick bites and sit-down meals. It’s one of my favorites, and I’ve been enjoying it for over 20 years. With this being one of the last Ruby Tuesday locations in the Tampa Bay area, it’s definitely worth a visit!
Highly recommended for great food, friendly service, and a comfortable...
Read moreI’ve given this place a few tries because I’ve always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday for a quick bite from time to time. Unfortunately there’s been an issue each time we’ve ordered food for pick-up. Today we placed an order online and I stopped by to pick it up. The website said it would be ready at 4:47, so I sat in the truck for a couple minutes and went in at that time. I was directed to the bar to pick-up orders. The bartender, who was very nice asked my name and then let me know they were still working on our order. No problem, I just took a seat at the bar and waited, and waited…. The restaurant was not busy and the kitchen, which you can see from the bar area wasn’t busy. For some reason though orders were taking a very long time. Not just mine, it was just how the kitchen was operating. The bartender was clearly frustrated, and kept checking the window when she wasn’t busy working. They finished frying the fries and onion rings for our order at least 10 minutes before our food was ready and they sat under heat lamps in the window. When our food was finally ready, the bartender quickly bagged it and got it to me as fast as she could, thanking me and wishing me a nice evening. Overall I would say the service that I saw was great! Unfortunately the food was not good at all. The burgers were over cooked to death(ordered medium), the onion rings were way over cooked and the fries were mushy from sitting under the heat lamps for so long. The buns had been cooked well before the burgers were ready, and the were like cardboard. We each ate about half of our meals, and threw the rest away.
That will be my last time giving this location a chance, but maybe one day I’ll give Ruby Tuesday another try at...
