Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I went to this Wawa a couple of days ago. And I was disgusted of what I saw. There where 4 employees of color and one Hispanic. The Hispanic kid Jerry was by him self in the kitchen area preparing all the food. It was obvious that it had been for a long time because he had a cart full of things to refill the stations that he couldn't even touch. I had order 3 salads and 2 sandwiches my self. The poor kid was like an octopus 🐙 trying to get everything done. 😪 and the lady at the register just kept barking orders at him. At one point she came and told him to stop preparing my order so he could prepare an order for another African America customer that walk in. 🚶‍♀️ with the excuse that he order on line and he is already here and you didn't get his orde ready yet. Mind you the her and the oder 3 employees just keep walking around doing busy work in other word wasting time. And no one offers to help. While all she was doing was eating Icecream at the counter. Jerry you are great hold your head up. I will be dropping off my card to you personally so you could come work for me. You deserve better. And the others just remember the way you treat others is the way you deserve to be treated. Don't complain when things don't go your way. And don't blame it on the color of your skin if not on your lack...

I think this is my 3rd review in my life. I don't put my comments out there. My husband works in construction and loves gas station food. Not me, I like eating healthy. He tried Wawas pizza for lunch and loved it. So much he wanted it for dinner the a few nights later. That's fine, I'll grab a salad from P**x. He said, "They have salad too!". I was very very very hesitant to get a salad from the gas station. I barely go into gas stations. So here I go. Placing my order on a touch screen, messing it up ... the young man behind the food counter was amazing! The lady working with him was great. The store was clean and stocked. The salad was off the chain and the pizza was awesome. So if you might question pizza and salads from Wawa, my 1st experience there will bring me back for more!!! Enjoy Wawa in Riverview off...

I tried to get a pizza with my points about a week ago or so. Even though the app showed I had placed the order and no longer had the points, the kitchen did not receive the order. Eric helped me get JULIAN to go onto my app to figure out what happened, Julian is brilliant!!! Shane I just love his smile and upbeat attitude, very kind and knows how much I love Wawa chocolate chip muffins...lol! Ricky to is upbeat and always and Kaitlin is a no nonsense worker with a beautiful attitude and wonderful personality! This team is excellent in my experience and I am blessed to have...
