Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

I can not remember the last year I had a satisfactory pizza made at this Dominos. There, the pizzas are always so dry. Today, my mother requested a pizza from there. I tried to give it a shot and just like many many times before, I was disappointed! I order my mother and I the same exact pizza. When I looked into the box of the first pizza, it was super dry. I asked the lady who was waiting on me at the drive thru window if I could get a cup of the sauce that the pizza is made with not the marinara sauce that's sold with the bread sticks. She stated that they could not do that. So, I looked into the box of the second pizza, it looked better, not dry and overcooked. But it had a huge bubble in it with absolutely no toppings covering that area of the pizza. I decided to purchase just one of the pizzas, which was the one that looked better with the huge bubble. The lady at the window quickly accepted the pizza back. She took my debit card and walked around the counter to do something. I then had to beep the horn to get her attention in order to get my card back. I asked for napkins before driving off. She stated she didn't have napkins but she had forks and plates. I looked at her weirdly and said I'd take some plates to wipe my mouth and hands after eating. She handed me the plates and I was off... on my way to get myself a pizza from Papa Johns. I ordered pizza, wings, and other items online from Domino’s around 1015pm on the 23rd of July. I get a text at 1044 that Jerry is on the way, in which I was about 3 minutes away from the place. We kept waiting…I called about 30 minutes after that and the person that answered said he was otw. I told him that was 45 minutes ago. Ten minutes later I get a knock on the door guess who’s there with the food 🤬🤬 Jerry. I didn’t get rude with him, I gave him a tip and thanked him for the food in which he apologized, I called the store, no answer to complain about the food. Following day I called and spoke with the female who said she was the general manager and it was nothing she could do, we went back and forth….I just wanted my money back or food done over..very rude, food was cold…When I spend my money 2/3 times a week 25-40$ per order for my grandkids I want respect...

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I ordered pizza and wings to go. When I got home I realized that my wings had buffalo sauce all over it and I can't eat spicy foods because of my stomach problems. I immediately called to inform them of the mix up and as soon as I told the girl what happened she started huffing and puffing. Proceeded to tell me I have to wait an additional 45 mins for them to correct my order and that I would have to come get it because they don't deliver to my address after dark. I asked her how was that when I litterely always get delivery and its always after dark because I work during them day which set her off and she began screaming at me as loud as she can. My food was never corrected and I now pay extra for papa John's who has no problem delivering or...
