Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roanoke

I arrived at Dunkin donuts, it's a new establishment and I missed the ordering window. I was asked to drive back around while four employees were standing near the window. I was told that this would mess up their timing at the register. I was told that they could get in trouble. When I asked to speak to the manager, she expressed the samething. What happened to going the extra mile for the customer, and showing compassion to customers. I guess I thought it would be possible for the counter cashier to take my order of one small coffee and one donut, I guess I didn't understand that that would inconvenience them and their system. One thing you never know what a person may have experienced...

No jelly in jelly doughnuts!! I purchased 2 jelly doughnuts which looked absolutely perfect until I went to eat one and discovered there was no jelly inside. Okay. Accidents happen but then I started to eat the other one and realized there was no jelly in the other one either. I would have loved to call and possibly had them replaced later on but the phone number simply gives you a message that the mailbox has not been setup and I wasn't wasting my gas to go immediately back after just getting...
