I arrived at Dunkin donuts, it's a new establishment and I missed the ordering window. I was asked to drive back around while four employees were standing near the window. I was told that this would mess up their timing at the register. I was told that they could get in trouble. When I asked to speak to the manager, she expressed the samething. What happened to going the extra mile for the customer, and showing compassion to customers. I guess I thought it would be possible for the counter cashier to take my order of one small coffee and one donut, I guess I didn't understand that that would inconvenience them and their system. One thing you never know what a person may have experienced...
