Small place, big portion! I visited during lunch on a Friday, and it was packed! The salad options looked great and the ingredients were very fresh. My friend had a salad bowl and I had the nachos. My plate was completely covered with good food. Nice flavor and mix of toppings with shredded cheese, not creamy nacho cheese. The menu looks like a combo between a custom salad bar and a Mexican restaurant. The had tacos, burritos, tortas (sandwiches) and more. The only 2 reasons I don't give it 5 stars is because of the overwhelming chemical smell coming out of the bathrooms. (we were sitting next to them, as it was the only free table). We recently dined at Salad Bowl and while the food was good, we were disappointed with the lack of personality and customer service from the staff. Although our order and delivering of our food was okay, there was no warmth or friendliness in their demeanor. Additionally, we were not thanked for our patronage or even acknowledged upon leaving.

Overall, while the food was good, the lack of personality and customer service from the staff left something to be desired. It would have been nice to have been thanked for our business and to have felt more welcomed during our visit.

Disgusted, to say the least! I ordered a salad bowl, asked for fajita chicken, and got regular chicken breast instead. When I bought it to what seemed to be the owner’s attention, he did nothing about it. He told me that it would be an upcharge of $4. I told him it was fine, and he said they would have to throw the chicken breast out and couldn't make the fajita chicken for me. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I also ordered a fish plate crispy, and it came out grilled. I informed the owner that the fish had been cooked incorrectly, and he started making excuses for not making the fish crispy.
