This location has really gotten it together with the staff. It's nice to be able to go to the location closest to your house and get served good food the way you ordered it from a friendly smile vs having to go across town to a location deemed better simply because of the staff interactions and how they treat you. About the only remotely bad interaction I have had from this location in the last two months has been just 2 times, and it was the MOD who had the horrible attitude one time, and my food the second. Interactions were weeks apart. First interaction flaw I had was that I could audibly hear the MOD chewing out the cashier for giving me the wrong size frosty on a size upgraded big bag - when it was clearly something I had paid for and was on my receipt. I didn't appreciate that very much on top of the manager's nasty attitude toward her employee and awful approach at "coaching" - even though she was in the wrong. Second interaction flaw was that I ordered two of the new cinnabon pull aparts. I was pretty hype when I saw them advertised & then the price wasn't too bad, either. But when I got handed a bag with what looked like to small chili cups in it, I handed it back in the window and said it wasn't mine, but they informed me it was so I went with it. Got the food home in 5 mins, and these things were ROCK SOLID, dry as the desert, old, with little to no icing. & What was on it was soaked into the bread like they were made WAY earlier in the day or even yesterday and they had just been sitting for FOREVER. I owned a bakery and made cinnamon rolls from scratch. I know bread. And I can absolutely tell it was some old CRAP they gave me to prevent rise in food cost for having to toss it. Did I mention they were smaller than the palm of my hand? They had a lot of room to jiggle around inside of the SMALL chili cup & it just made me mad all around these lil things. I was definitely bummed because I was looking forward to the new-ish item at a decent price, just to be served a tee-ball sized non-pull-apart-able rock for $4 when it wasn't even worth the 25 cent cup it...

They are always behind in orders, wait time is 30 minutes as if they are some gourmet restaurant, and when yu finally get yur food, it’s cold, incorrect, smallest of quantity. The staff there is Pocketing yur money as well. I went there and ordered a series of meals for my family, while ordering, they play around too much on the ordering screen at drive thru, so yu don’t even pay attention that they just ordered more food, yu pay for it, they give yu what yu ordered and keep the rest. I paid with debit, they take yur money first, then give yu a receipt with the food which was at least 15 minutes later, so I didn’t catch it until after i pulled up to check everything, went back around the drive thru, Bc the line is wrapped around the building, I got back to the Screen, told them they over charged me and they told me I got what I ordered, so I told them run the tapes, and they finally saw I wasn’t backing down and they cant dismiss me so easily, after a few minutes of arguing, they asked if I want the food or money, of course I’m never eating there again, took my money back and while I was trying to get that issue cleared, I didn’t even get to tell them that the drinks tasted like chemicals, and the food was scarce. About 4 fries in a box. And yu can tell it’s filthy in there, and when I went back to the window to get my money that they stole from me, all the staff in the whole building was piling up to window Bc they feel offended I wouldn’t let them steal from me ,and they nosy, to see who asked for the over charged money back. And when they did that, I could see clearly into the window and saw no gloves, they had no hair nets, brooms were laid against the food station, UNCLEAN NASTY PPL!!!! Don’t eat there, they are disgusting, they overcharge yu, and very ghetto and unprofessional. This was the Night shift. Read moreWent about a month ago after an appointment in the area, and it was great. It was insanely busy, and yet service was incredibly prompt, great, and food was served quickly and was hot & fresh. Sherri/Sherry (not sure of the spelling of her name, but I believe she said she was promoted to manager about a year ago) was the person at the front counter, and she was top notch. She kept everything running like a machine, and was so lovely to the customers. Please give this lady a raise. She deserves it.
EDIT: I do need to add, corporate needs to handle the staffing here. These poor people are very understaffed for how busy this place is. It's extremely unfair that these employees likely work for minimum wage at an hourly-based pay and have to work 10x harder than at a Wendy's that's in, say, a small town, and doesn't get much business, and still get the same pay. They're working their tails off for pennies on the dollar. Reward their effort by either staffing with more people and raising everybody's pay a little, or keep the amount of staff already there and raise all of their wages enough to match the ridiculous amount of work they're having to do.
