Arby's — Restaurant in Robertsdale

What on earth? This is horrendous. I've been to Arby's all over the place, and even in Gas Stations, and its relatively decent. This one in Robertsdale, however, has sadly disappointed me.

I just paid $7.99 for the "Signature" Smokehouse Brisket Burger and $4.19 for a 6pc chicken nugget. Not only was there almost nothing on my burger, it was missing the items shown in the picture. I'm going to post a picture of my sandwich and an advertisement of what it was supposed to look like. To top it off, it is cold and absolutely inedible. Rubbery and gross.

I can't eat this garbage. I won't eat this garbage. I will just cook up something at home now that I have worked 12 hours today drove home and hoped to avoid the kitchen after spending money at a restaurant. What a waste of my time and money.

My son got the 6 pc chicken and the pieces were smaller than the tips of his thumb. He looked at me with disappointment. Barely even a snack for him. Nuggets? They don't even qualify as bites.

Just terrible. Is this what meets the expectations for a restaurant in Robertsdale? We have so few restaurants, why is this what we have to deal with? I'm regretting ever stopping at this...

We went in the drive thru and we got the French dip sandwiches that come with the sauce. we we got our cups with the sauce there way barley enough to cover the bottom of the cup. When we called the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.(I was not upset I was calling to let them know incase it happened to someone else). I get that business is busy but there is no need to be rude to paying customers for making them aware of a situation. They were also rude about telling me to use the coupon on the speaker and not the window once again no need to yell at people for something like that. I didn't know I had the coupon. I said "Yes ma'am I'm sorry about that" and got the window slammed in my face. Maybe they just have the wrong people...

When you order Arby's and get to the window and ask for honey mustard and Arby's sauce and they give you marinara and Arby's sauce and you think you deserve more money when you can't put the proper sauce that is asked for into the bag instead you give multiple marinaras that will not be used because I don't care for the marinara and it's so disappointing to not get the sauce you want almost everytime you go out I'm not asking for much but a couple honey mustard and then my girls french dip was put at the bottom of the bag and it got crushed instead of over stuffing a bag why not use 2 bags so that way people's food doesn't get ruined listen to your customers they are pretty important people to keep...
