Dunkin' — Restaurant in Robesonia

Dunkin’ will forever hold a place in my 🤍, lol. As a tired mama, my go-to “pick me up” is usually a Mocha Iced Coffee (w/cream&sugar) & Avocado Toast 🥑. Being that i’m tired practically 24/7, I tend to frequent this Dunkin’ location quite often; it’s also the only one closest to me. 😅

The coffee is usually pretty decent, you can’t necessarily go wrong with an iced coffee (I mean you can, but when everything is measured out for you, yk?). My Avocado toast though? There’s been many times I’ve ordered it & it’s missing the everything bagel seasoning, or there’s only maybe a SPOONful of avocado on it. Majority of the time, however, it’s typically okay.

This location does have issues getting orders right & on a timely manner. There’s been a handful of times that I’ve gone home & my order is wrong, missing items etc. You also expect to only be in the line for maybe 5min (give or take, depending on the traffic). But, when they’re training new employees, expect a 10-15min wait for a single coffee. (no lie).

But, no ‘fast food’ place is ever perfect & I will continue to get coffee since I have 18 more years of no sleep😅

While i was in yesterday I was completely shocked about how the manager was treating her staff. They where so clearly understaffed and the people that where doing the best that they could where just getting yelled at by the manager. while the manager wasn't doing anything. The poor girl i got her name (hanna) was running around and the manager was just yelling at her. It seemed like no atter what she did it wasn't good enough. Hanna was very good at helping out and was constantly moving and she deserves a much better job then this one. my drink was made by her and was spectacular. And she even fixed it because i didn't put enough sugar when ordering. The sad thing is this isn't the first time that i saw the manager treat any of her staff like that. Im sorry but that is horrible and she needs a good talking to and more training. Very disappointed. I hope hanna gets out and finds a better job with a much better manager and i hope that manager gets a major reality check because that was awful. My husband picked up my online order at Dunkin in Robesonia while I stayed in my warm car. Once again, staff completely ignored my very charismatic spouse although he was the only one in the store. The only interchange was when he was handed his order and the employee said "online order" and left it on the counter for him. I get employees are busy and have a job to do, but acknowledging your customers should be part of that job. I also thought that it was interesting that the prime parking spots were taken with employee cars. My coffee was barely hot and a latte (which usually has light foam) was half product and half foam. My husband's 3.19 medium coffee was not worth the drive either. A good attitude and friendly employees would have made me forget the coffee shortcomings but instead, their rudeness...
