I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still...

Updating my review 10/25/25 @3pm after just having the worst customer experience ever in a sub or fast food place. I was eventually greeted by a young man who came out of the back, chewing a mouthful of food.Apologizing for making me wait and explain it was because he was eating. No, big deal. I truly did not care and replied something like "no problem". I gave him a moment to settle at the pos while he was still chewing, what must have been an enormous mouthful of food and managing to ask me what I wanted. I began to order, and he literally shouted in my face "Hold on!!". He must have seen my jaw drop as I was absolutely speechless to have anyone yelling in my face, let alone an employee of a well known chain. He tried to appease me by kind of laughing. And saying "i'm just joking". I stood there speechless. He said, "no, what do you want?" I replied "to go to another place. Nice job dude". And left. I vow never to return to this location. The only reason I am not subtracting more points is because i've had good experiences here dozens of times before. The friendliness in customer service of the employees here has been consistently better then similar priced places. Perhaps why this was especially shocking to have the my worst ff customer service experience ever...
Read moreI’ve driven by this place many many times and finally decided to stop in on a weekday for lunch… Only issue with my first entry was they said hi, but didn’t tell me to order as I walk in… I walked to the cashier thinking I needed to order there. They were moderately busy and by the time the cashier realized I was new to this and didn’t order like I was supposed to, he told me to go back to do so. By that time, there was a long line.
They REALLY need a sign up front advising to order there… I looked around while waiting and nothing caught my eye.
I was tempted to talk out, but I wanted to try them….
The staff truly was friendly, which was very nice. Ordering was a breeze, once I knew where to order! They make the food to order, which is nice! They clearly bake their own bread, which is great! I opted for their new steak & cheese with spicy aioli. I also tried a couple of their salads; the pasta salad and the macaroni salad.
The sub was EXCELLENT!!! Really good… fresh, tasty, and piping hot! The bread was nice too. The salads were just ok. The pasta salad was really nothing more than spiral pasta with what tastes like Kraft Italian dressing and a few veggies tossed in. The macaroni salad was better.
Overall… I enjoyed the food and, now that I know how to order, I’ll...
