This is quite possibly the worst McD’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Extremely dirty. Every trash can was over filled. There were sauces slung all over the outside of the trash cans. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. The floor was very slick with who knows what. There were yellow slippery surface caution cones everywhere and sometimes were used to cordon off a spill that was never cleaned up. Every table was dirty. Every surface was greasy and sticky. I felt disgusting.
The girl taking orders was either overworked or underslept or both, I had to repeat my order multiple times, and she still put an order in for an extra meal that I didn’t ask for. It took the crew 30+ minutes to produce 3 burgers and fries. When we walked in the counter was totally empty. By the time we got our food there must have been 20 people standing around waiting to get theirs!
The food was sub par, even for McD’s, who knows how long it had been sitting out for. I was worried I’d get food poisoning. Some of my family didn’t even finish their sandwiches.
There was a dangerous-looking man loitering in a booth the entire time we were there, staring holes into everyone that walked by, especially the women and children. Extremely unsettling.
The men’s bathroom was extremely dirty and the floor in there was even more slippery than the rest of the restaurant. Extremely dangerous.
I know I used the word “extreme” a lot in my review but I cannot overstate how true it is. Quite possibly the worst fast food experience I have ever had.
Where was the freaking manager? The franchise owner here should be ashamed of themselves and...
Read moreThis was the absolute worse experience at any restaurant we've ever had we had 4 meals but apparently they could not even put a simple cheeseburger happy meal together right because they didn't give us any apple juice oh and then my mom's order was a quater pounder with cheese but the top bun was ripped oh then my order was a bacon big Mac but the only thing they got right on that was no bread but apparently they just couldn't even manage to put big Mac sauce or bacon on it oh the meat was awful it was all dried out and then I spoke to Luke he introduced himself as the market manager for waco area mcdonalds he was down right rude and cursed me out to the point of no return and then he said to never return to any of his locations again. Which is probably for the best because he can't even be nice to a few customers oh so by the way if he "offers to make it better" I'd decline because he will be rude and treat you like trash. Just awful I myself run a small business and actually used to work at the mcdonalds in waco and to be treaten with such disrespect was horrible and most of all I'd personally think to make it right at this time is to terminate Luke and any other mcdonalds worker who has...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. They have two drive-thrus, and I was waiting at one for about five minutes without being greeted or having my order taken. Meanwhile, I watched cars in the other drive-thru get their orders taken one by one, which was incredibly frustrating and confusing.
Eventually, I had to back out of the drive-thru I was in and switch to the other one. When I finally got to speak with an employee, I mentioned the issue and asked if there was a reason for not taking orders at the other drive-thru, especially since there was no signage indicating it was closed. Her response was a brief, insincere apology, and she seemed to brush off my concerns without really addressing them. When I pressed further, asking if she was going to acknowledge my complaint, she offered no additional explanation or concern.
Overall, it felt like my experience didn't matter to them at all. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable, and I left feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the management at this location can address these issues to prevent other customers from having a...
