This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant and a General Manager of a restaurant and her employees EVER in my life!!!!! The GM, Danielle Kowolski was beyond rude and unprofessional, even the other customers were shocked at her actions and the actions of the employees there that she allowed, and the customers voiced that!!! Luckily I got my food first before this rude encounter because I definitely would not have trusted my food there if I had received it after. The discrepancy started when I accidentally tapped my phone on the tip screen when trying to place my phone for Apple Pay. My order was already $42.91, and I am so glad that I did not leave this rude an unprofessional staff any tip, which could have been the reason for their beyond foul behavior. My phone accidentally tapped for like a $10 tip that I did not want to do, so when I let the cashier know who said her name is Amelia, know that I didnāt mean to press that my phone accidentally hit that, that when her and her manager began to show out!!! Maybe already angry because it was late in their shift and working there around Christmas. Needless to say, no excuse for their unprofessional attitudes and lack of customer service they both displayed. The GM literally started yelling at me from behind the counter when I brought it to her attention that the first amount had already been taken off my card and she wanted me to swipe my card again for the correct amount, which would have been almost $100 coming off my card, paying for the same order twice. I was talking to her in an indoor tone and she just kept yelling at me, āthatās not our problem, we cancelled it on our end soā¦ā her entire conversation was angry and rude, and I asked her why is she being so rude and thatās when she really started yelling, and then she allowed the other workers to speak to me rudely as well, ātelling me to just get outā and āhurry up and leaveā then when the transaction finally cancelled on my card, I paid my balance and will never come there again. I asked the GM Danielle for the number to corporate and she yelled āI donāt care, call corporate! I will just speak with my supervisor!!ā I said may I have your supervisors name please and she yelled at me again, āNo, Iām not giving it to you!ā Then I told her Merry Christmas on my way out the door and her and now more of her workers gathered at the front desk and started yelling foul language at me and yelling for me to āget out!! Donāt come back!!ā Which was all very pointless because I was already leaving out the store. They were all very rude, angry, childish, and displayed poor self control and customer service, and I am making a written complaint to the corporate offices and may take this further as well. This is not the way you treat paying customers, no matter how...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePROS: Of course we are going to have the great price on here, but every non-stadium Little Caesars has that. The pizza was great, especially for $5. George, the primary manager that myself & private shoppers worked with was friendly and so were most of the associates. Usually when one of us showed up, there was a HOT-N-READY actually ready. Actually, 7 out of the 10 times we went in, they were exactly as advertised, in and out.
CONS: This is where things get interesting. One is only as good as their most recent performance. Our final encounter with this Little Caesars location was to be a test with how well they kept their pizza stocked even towards the end of the night. So I sent in a secret shopper one night at 8:50pm (they closed at 9:00pm) to see if he could get a couple of HOT-N-READY pizzas. The associate at the register asked him if he felt like waiting 7-8 minutes for the pizzas. He responded by asking the cashier why he would need to wait if they were actively advertising HOT-N-READY pizzas? She replied with "We close at 9:00." When my secret shopper checked his phone, it was still only 8:55. He then told her the time and asked if he could have a discount for the inconvenience. She said no. So as instructed, my secret shopper asked for George, who actually happened to be there at the time. George came out and informed my secret shopper that he in fact was not going to discount the pizzas, and that every place is like that. Also as instructed, my secret shopper was told not to buy the pizzas if they could not accommodate their false advertising, so he left empty-handed and dissatisfied.
FINAL TAKE: Go to another Little Caesars. This location would make Mike Ilitch ashamed. Americans deserve business that keep their promises. If you promise & advertise HOT-N-READY pizzas, then you need to deliver on that. If this place changed their signs & boxes to say "HOT-N-READY (only if you arrive at non-busy times & an undisclosed amount of time before close)!" Then I would say by all means, this is the place to go. However, out of 10 visits, we saw that THIS LOCATION FAILED OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEST, our most important test. IF YOU VALUE HOW YOU ARE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER, THEN WE STRONGLY BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT BE REWARDING THIS LOCATION BY PURCHASING THEIR FOOD. Try Jets Pizza a mile down the road , or the other Little Caesars at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: as I said I would, I gave them another chance. Stopped in during the 12 oā clock hour (12-1 PM) to get a lunch combo. It was the same result as the previous couple times. You can tell it was sitting in a heat box, sauce and cheese were dry. Didnāt finish the combo.
I have purchased a Hot n' Ready during dinner-time and a lunch combo during lunch over the past seven days. Both times you could tell they both had been sitting in a heat box for a while.
The Hot n' Ready was puffy and hard, over risen, a sign of old dough. My wife and I tried to eat it. We barely could eat two slices (combined) and threw the rest away.
Gave the location another chance, got a lunch combo today during lunch hours. Again, the same thing. You can tell it's been sitting in a heat box for a while. The cheese and the sauce was dried on the dough.
To add insult to injury, they now ask if you want to tip on the debit/credit card machine, even after they pull out old pizza from the heat box to give you.
The saving grace is that the bread sticks have been really good. If it hadn't been for the breadsticks this would be a 1 star.
I know new management has taken over recently and I hope they start serving fresher pizzas. I'd rather way 5-10 mins for a fresh pizza than gamble with what they have "ready."
I'll give them another chance and update...
