The donuts are a niche, different than normal donuts so I'm sure it'll vary from person to person if you like them. But a couple knocks against this place. First is the 3 donut minimum. If I knew I had to buy 3 every time, I'd be less likely to stop in and grab one on a whim. Second is the payment system. I don't know if it's the owners or the software company, but it auto selects 15% tip for you and to make it zero you'd have to go through the trouble of selecting "custom" and entering zero. My whole life tipping for walking in and buying a product like this didn't exist. Tipping culture is out of control, and guilt tripping your customer into tipping with this kind of system is a major red flag. Will probably just continue heading down the street to Knapps...

It's also too bad that there's no tables/cafe areas to sit &...

However this time I decided to order on doordash a brown sugar boba drink and even tho I clearly clicked on the option for boba and had to pay extra I didn't get the drink with the boba pearls inside so I basically only received the milk part. It still tasted good but the employees should always double check the order since even on the receipt it clearly stated that I wanted the brown sugar with the boba pearls. I dont think that was hard to miss but...
