Starbucks — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

This Starbucks location is, hands down, one of the best parts of my morning routine, and it’s all thanks to the incredible young woman who works the drive-thru. Every day, she provides 10/10 service—always cheerful, efficient, and genuinely kind. She has this habit of calling me “my love,” and it’s not just words; you can feel her warmth and sincerity in the way she says it.

In a world that can often feel rushed and impersonal, her amazing attitude is a breath of fresh air. Her smile and positive energy are absolutely contagious, turning even the sleepiest mornings into something brighter. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and that makes all the difference.

The drive-thru itself is smooth and well-run, but it’s this incredible barista who makes it special. I find myself looking forward to my coffee not just for the caffeine but for the uplifting interaction. i’m just very sad about my trip. every time i go to starbucks i order a white mocha frappuccino and about a third of the time they mess up and give me a white chocolate cream frappuccino instead of the coffee drink (mocha) i ordered. it ruins my day every time so sometimes ill order it and say “that has coffee in it right” so they know to do the coffee drink but they act like im stupid when i say that so i usually don’t. but i should be able to order a mocha frappuccino and have the staff who work there every day know that that is a coffee drink and know not to hand a white drink out of the drive thru window when this is a coffee drink that is supposed to be tan. i know changing the name of a menu item is above the local starbucks but it would be much more helpful if these items were named something more different because clearly saying “white mocha” is confusing some for “white chocolate” which they assume is the drink without coffee. i don’t usually complain on reviews i’m just...

Always a reliable store/location, with the best baristas and exceptional customer service! I have been frequenting this Starbucks more regularly because the staff here truly go above and beyond for their customers, such as memorizing orders, (just after a few visits), welcoming customers by name and even memorizing drive thru mobile orders.

Cam is the best in the drive thru, always uplifting and puts a smile on my face every morning! Abi and Abby make the best brown sugar shaken espresso, and I get so excited to see them on bar! Bar baddies for real! Anna and Shirley have the brightest smiles and I love seeing them when I enter the store, or in the drive thru! Renee has the best recommendations!
