Undercooked and overpriced cookie dough - hard pass. The place is super clean which it should be since it’s new. However the service is inconsistent at best. Someone is ringing in orders as well as they are making cookies and seem unhappy balancing these tasks. The girl the other night didn’t even smile, she seemed stressed instead of welcoming. That all being said, I don’t think $49 for 12 cookies is value to expense balanced, even if they used higher end ingredients, it’s no wonder people tend to buy 1-4 max during their visit. Yes the cookies are big, but they are so big the middle is always undercooked raw cookie dough. I’ve gone more than once to ensure consistency and there truly is none. There are better local bakeries instead of this chain trend that have much more value in their purchases instead of inflated prices for TikTok 😂 Potters Bakery is one…....

Gorgeous kitchen. I like how you can order with a person or tablet. I didn't get to experience it myself, but the idea of staff greeting me when entering is welcoming. Great service from the gentleperson at the order desk that I witnessed. I like how the cookies are presented to you before boxed.

As far as the cookies themselves go, the y had some good flavor but were ultimately extremely under baked. You can see in the picture that they look halfway done. What little I did eat left me feeling sick. It's probably due to being so under cooked. Ended up throwing out 2 cookies due to their unacceptable cook. A real shame for the cost.

Cookies were fine, the cashier wasn't I placed an order with my friend and used her name (a feminine name) and when the cashier with glasses and a bad haircut called the name we walked up, the cashier eyed me up and down and was like "uh Kourtney?" When confirmed the cashier told me "uh huh really" LIKE ITS A COOKIE NOT CUSTOMS AT LOGAN AIRPORT?? Regardless I confirmed it again with them. And was still given an attitude, before the cashier finally threw the box on the counter and said "Okay Kourtney" to me.
