Where do I even start? I spent $40, that I can't even get back. Your team is unprofessional, rude and needs retrained. Can't substitute cherries even if your allergic to strawberries. Can't order breaded mushrooms. Charged for sauces when you order food. Eyed rolled if you order food, or pretty much when you walk in the door. Got 5 blizzards to go.. he wasn't going to put lids on them..asked for them when he did he squeezed them into cup lids.. what ever happened to the actual lids to go? Asked for a drink carrier for it all.. Got another set of eye rolls. I was not aware that I received a broken carrier.. luckily I'm quick with my hands and grabbed the 2 blizzards that broke thru the carrier with my other hand.. resulting in being covered in sticky ice cream. Gave my blizzard to my husband because I was wearing his.. that blizzard wasn't a blizzard.. it was ice cream crammed in a cup with everything just sitting in the middle.. his exact words were.. wow.. I can't even eat this.. I never complain. Ever.. I run a fast food business I understand being understaffed, over worked etc, but there needs to be some more systems in play for this store.. at least be friendly. I cannot wait for the new dairy queen opening in the Aliquippa location.. I seriously hope this store is not training to staff that one. I won't be back here and hopefully the new one can make a better impression on all of its guest compared to this one.. hope they steal all...
Read moreI usually don’t have a problem @ this location but tonight was a different story when I first started the 2 employees that were on the front line were very polite and pleasant then they got busy and the lady I believe who is the manager came out and after that it wasn’t very pleasant anymore so first I ordered my food and one of the items was a flame thrower and I asked for extra sauce on the side @ the register and the the girl that was working asked if we could wait a few minutes to make fresh chicken no problem who wouldn’t wait for fresh food we get our food and go sit @ the table and I didn’t have the extra sauce so I go up to the counter and asked for the extra sauce the young boy had no problem but the manager was a different story she proceeds to get the sauce and says I hope she knows she not getting a full cup and then another lady took the wrong food and the way the manager talked about her was uncalled for with customers still in the store the lady was heavier set she was light skinned had a blue shirt on curly hair but I believe her whole issue was they got busy and she had to come out and help them from where ever she was @ or what she was doing and come to think of she is never on the line unless they need her I will not shop here for awhile hopefully when I do decide to go back it’s under new management because that one is not working she is rude to customers and rude to...

Young male cashier waiting on “his” friend he appparently knew from how they were acting & employees completely ignoring customer who came in. Apparently there was an accident requiring an employee to go to ER ( I did witness an employee with ice applied to her eye) however customers coming in are unaware. Proceeded to order my granddaughter a blizzard, upon him giveing me change for a $20 he says he has no change in drawer & would need to give me all ones & 67 pennies! I ask if there are any rolls of pennies, he said no. I asked for manager & he said there was none? I asked if he was only one running entire store? He said there was someone else but they were busy dealing with “incident with an injury”. I just get my $20 back and we leave! I feel they should have just locked the doors If they can not function! The young man was not polite or didn’t seem too concerned for our business BUT he sure did make sure his “friend” was taken care of!
