One star and I am being generous! I had not been to a Noodles for quite some time and I was driving through Rochester today on my way back to LaCrosse (which does NOT have a Noodles location). When I arrived, I first discover that my FAVORITE dish has been changed! The Pasta Fresca is now the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca. Ok, that was fine. Same ingredients but a different pasta. I was good with that. I ordered the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresa with a Parmesan Crusted Chicken TO GO. Yes, I said TO GO. I was not yet hungry and I wanted to finish my travels back to LaCrosse. Well, upon my arrival home, much to my surprise, the meal was "improvised?". There were NO tomatoes, spinich in my dish, BUT red peppers, mushrooms and brocolli! Nothing near the correct recipe! (Oh and I HATE peppers in my food). PLUS, the chicken was sparse and so over-cooked it was shoe leather! On top of that it was NOT parmesan crusted! I was incredibly disappointed, because 1) I hadn't eaten at Noodles in a LONG time and was so looking forward to it. 2) Very pissed that it was not what I ordered! 3) Irate that I spent $9.02 on a meal that I picked at and threw majority of it away! At this point I am not sure if the people making the food didn't know "the recipes", or if they were out of ingredients and improvised or what! I am VERY annoyed that I will never go back to Noodles again! I want my...
Read moreFood was delicious. I tried the zoodles in the pesto with chicken. Flavor was amazing and the zoodles were great. It's only a 3 🌟 rating because I'm not happy with the changes made to their service. 1) they don't roll their silverware and deliver it to the table anymore. This means I have to juggle my drink, straws, napkins, and silverware (times 3- thank you kids) before I ever sit down at the table. 2) they don't bus your table anymore. I loved that someone came to my table to clear dirty dishes, but now I have to bus my own table. 3) it's more expensive to eat here than just a few years ago. My family of 4 used to be able to eat dinner, get soda, and a Rice Krispy treat for approximately $35. Last night, I didn't get soda (but the other three did), we didn't get a dessert and we spent $47(!!!) for dinner at a restaurant that isn't worth a $50 price tag. I don't mind if you raise prices but continue with the same level of awesome service, but services have been cut and prices were raised. It had been approximately 3 months since the last time we ate there, and after our dinner last night, it will likely be months again...
Read moreI took my sister who’d never been to Noodles before and it was a horrible experience. After placing our order we sat down in the filthy dining area. The floor was very dirty and sticky, tables and chairs were even worse……they were full of dried food and smears of who knows what. The window sills had food and dead ants, it was apparent that they hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. The food was taking a long time also. We had already ordered and paid or we would have walked out. I looked over to the kitchen and saw a dirty rag propped onto a wooden handle and staff was waving it over the cooking area trying to clean a range hood or something. We counted seven staff and four were just interested in a cellphone. I went to the counter to inquire about our food ( 20 + minutes) and was told that my name was called many times. I did not hear them call my name and we were two of five customers in the restaurant, the others were eating. I noticed our food bag was sitting where it said takeout. Definitely no concerns or extra COVID measures in place! Noodles and Company won’t be receiving my business...
