4/30/23 - My wife and I came here for lunch. Parking lot was full, but the inside was not, so we weren't sure if the cars are from the surrounding houses. We both order pho and 1 cream cheese wonton, I got combo pho, my wife got regular pho with beef. On the menu, it says pho beef noodle soup for 11 dollars, but in actuality, they'll charge $11 for the soup plain, not even meatball included and will add $3.50 for the beef in total $13.50. I got the combo which was $11 plus $4 for combo meat, tripe, meatball, tendon, beef. So don't be fool by looking at the menu and thinking the price is $11. They'll charge for which ever protein you choose which is at the bottom. To me, the price of the pho is pretty high compared to the other pho places. The flavor was okay, not the best, but not the worst either. Bowl seems small, but there is plenty of noodles in it. The cream cheese wonton was okay, the sauce I prefer it to be thicker and not so liquidly. Service was okay at the beginning, but after we got our food, server went and ask other customer how their food was twice, but did not ask us once, also no water refill at all. After we were close to finish, they drop our receipt to us and said pay at the counter. Even though service wasn't that great and food was just okay, I always leave a 15% tip. Overall, it filled our stomach. Would I come back, probably not. Also they charge a credit card fee.

Best pho so far, in my honest opinion. I ordered the beef pho with meatballs and brisket, egg rolls, steamed chicken dumplings, and fried rice. Every single dish was exquisite and full of flavor. I loved their pho broth very much. Even without the additional condiments like Hoisin Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Beef Paste, or Soy Sauce, the broth was phenomenal. The egg rolls were crispy, but not too crispy. They had the best combination of crunch with flavorful filling. They were perfect and not greasy like some other places. The steamed chicken dumplings were beautifully prepared. Not soggy or dry. They were soft and also served hot. The dumplings were served in a soy sauce/dumpling sauce/sesame oil/garlic oil mix. Very enjoyable and tasty. I enjoyed them immensely. So, the fried rice. Awesome. It wasn't greasy or had hard vegetables. The peas were soft as well as the carrots. Perfect. And the egg mixed in with the sauce they used paired well with enhancing the flavor of the rice. Next time I return, and I will return, I'm going to try the other dishes they offer. The waitresses were very friendly and also very attentive. The restaurant is a cozy, inviting place that made me feel chill and welcome. I enjoyed my visit and I recommend anyone who enjoys good food to visit as many times as you can. Wow! Awesome place!

I’ve had my fair share of trying Vietnamese restaurants all over the Twin Cities and in cities such as Houston and L.A. Never in my life have I ever paid $19 for a bowl of pho. Not to mention it was a meatball pho, which is typically a cheaper option than having it with sliced beef. I was in shock when I was paying and saw the total. I had to ask if that was the price for a single bowl and they said yes. I was driving home in total shock of the price as I’ve never paid more than $14.95 for a bowl and that’s with recent inflations. They used to be $9.95 - $13 but I understand the reason to raise prices, BUT $19?!!!! I told myself that this could be the best quality pho I’ve ever had and maybe that’s why it could be so expensive. I got home and prepped the bowl, excited to have my first taste. Absolutely horrible. Broth had almost no flavor, it was very oily, and the amount of meatballs was underwhelming. If I were you, I’d buy the instant pho cup from Costco and it’d be better quality than this for a fraction of the price.

I agree with many other reviews that the prices are too high. I ordered the Pho soup, but you have to order the meat separately. I will say I thought it was good Pho - as good as I've gotten in Minneapolis, except no Thai basil. But think about it - if I wouldn't have ordered the beef (at the corresponding extra charge), I would have paid $12 for a bowl of broth and noodles. Let's get real. As others have stated, you get to pay an additional 3% for using your credit card (even though the prices are high enough that it would seem CC fees are already wrapped in). What was especially rich, at the bottom of the bill it states that parties of 1 or more will automatically be charged a 3% gratuity. LOL. I think it might be a typo cause in the final outcome I didn't see any more charges added. The primary reason I had to write this review is because of the service. Our server could not have been MORE COLD and RUDE. We only interacted with her 3 times while we were dining but each time it was like she had no time for us and was not interested in serving us. Never waited for us to finish what we were saying, nothing welcoming or warm in our interaction. Gives me the plastic container to pour the rest of my soup in at the table. Picture how that went. In the end I only left 15% tip. Afterward I had the nerve to look for a to-go menu. Didn't see one so I waited to ask. She literally saw me waiting, walked right past me and completely ignored me. Here's a tip: Don't forget who your real employer is. No...

This was our first time here and our last. The service there leaves more to be desired. Honestly our waitress was just plain awful. Her name was Lin, she sat my mother and I down at a table and with menus and walked away for what seemed like forever. She finally came back and dropped off waters and then asked us if we were ready. She never once introduced herself or apologized for the wait. Also, she never even had the decency to ask us what we would like to drink. We decided to stay and place our order in hopes that things would get better because we’ve heard many good things about this place. Sadly, it did not. We received our food and everything tasted well but we never saw our waitress again until she hurried past us and dropped the check off without saying a word. What tarnished the service even moreso was that she checked on every other table around us and asked them the typical “How is everything?” EXCEPT for our table. She NEVER once asked us how was our food or if we needed anything else. She didn’t even have the decency to ask us if we needed a refill or any boxes. You could plainly see that our glasses were empty and our plates still had quite a bit of food on it that needed boxing. Finally, I had to go up to the front register and ask someone for a box. Please save your money and go somewhere else or just get a different waitress because Lin...
