Silver Lake Skate Park — Attraction in Rochester

Pretty disappointing. I saw plans for what could have been here, and I can't help but feel saddened by what is here. Nearly all of the metal ramps are thrashed, and a lot of the concrete obstacles are just way too steep for even intermediate riders. It's an okay place, but it clearly isn't a point of pride...

Amazing skate park with lots of bank ramps and quarter pipes to skate down, as well as a small half pipe. Lots of rails and ledges to grind or slide and a small pyramid. Only downside is that the lights at this park do not work so you’ll be skating in the dark once the sun goes down....

Needs a little TLC but otherwise the location and park is beautiful! It definitely has potential. A fish bowl would be perfect in this area! Come on city council and put some money into this area for kids who are avid skaters, perfect area for bikes,...
