In terms of wait times in line for drive through from below reviews (not sure what they’re talking about as I always go through the drive through and there’s rarely ever cars in front of me, most... 1). But that probably speaks for the service here. Honestly, cutest location ever. But the staff!?! Seriously, my 13 year old sister would be a friendlier/better employee. First of all, they get my damn drink wrong EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME they tell me to say how to tell them, so I do, and they get it wrong again and say whoever told me that was wrong from before. It’s really not that hard to understand vanilla coffee frappachinno (which is what the girl told me to say) and then I’ll say NOT VANILLA BEAN - and every time they come out with vanilla. Then the girl argues with me saying I said not coffee but a vanilla bean frappe / I just had the conversation with you 30 seconds ago, and I get the same drink every single time, I know what I said. Then I went for coffee inside on a Sunday morning one day. My coffee was made after 5 other customers after my boyfriend got his? And we basically got the same things? On top of it, I thought it was funny because I was clearly waiting for my coffee at the end of the counter, the guy looks at me (honestly I think the manager) and then blatantly puts it on the farthest end from me, which fine, but again just added to the rude service of this place. And my last horrible experience was when I drove all the way back to ask them to remake one of the drinks because they definitely forgot an ingridient and it came out the grossest drink and pure ice. Again, got 2 of the same drinks! Other than that experience, nothing against the food, but dang the service is horrible! Read moreNot sure if it's the C-squad working today (9/26/23) or what, but my family and I have been visiting this location 4 plus times a week (collectively) for a few months and my family received this low-rated/hostile level of service.
My daughter went to pickup an online drive-up order ($30 plus a $5 tip) and when she noticed the grande americano was filled less than halfway, she asked for it to be filled up. And by less than halfway full we are talking 2.5 to 3 inches from the brim of the cup and this is not an exaggeration.
While on the phone with her, all you could hear was yelling from the driv-thru window ans into the car: "WHAT?!?! SHE COMPLAINED?!?! OMG! WHAT DOES SHE WANT IT FILLED WITH?!?!" Oh, I don't know...maybe fill it with a grande americano as it was ordered? Just an idea. It wasn't like she was asking for a refund or an on-the-spot spiritual miracle or something. We just wanted what was ordered. So instead of shaming a customer, maybe just throw some hot water in the americano like its supposed to have, and call it a day! No big deal. Order a grande americano and get two shots in a grande cup and nothing else... then be shamed for asking it to be adjusted. My kid was trying to do s9mething nice for her sick Mom and you made her feel horrible.for simply advocating for what she ordered. DO BETTER
I could understand if it was hectic and busy, but if wasn't. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru and only 3 cars in the lot at best.

Read moreWell, it finally happened…my first disappointment at this location. Whenever we are in town, this is our goto Starbucks. I know something odd has been brewing because the last 9 visits, I have been unable to pronounce my own name as to be understood. Today, I used the app to order, and had to say my name twice at the drive through. But my frap was just off today, no whip (it was still being made so I guess I could have been asked), no whip so no dome lid, so although not necessarily a disaster but coffee all over the lid is a potential problem, I had to ask for a straw; IDK maybe there are folks in MN who can drink a frap without one, and probably was blended about half the time required as there are so many ice chunks it is difficult to consume via the straw (perhaps that is why I was not given one initially). I will patron this place again early tomorrow as we leave town, so...
