Nooka needs to learn how to act in a professional manner. Accusing associates of taking a burrito that was missing, yelling across the store for a new one to be made saying things like “how many times do I have to ask” then she proceeds to lean on the wall and scroll through her phone while other people scramble to solve the problem. What really tipped the ice berg for me was when she announced she was going to dumpster dive and look through the entire trash can; in what I would assume is an effort to find a burrito. She belittled fellow coworkers and made the entire restaurant uncomfortable. If a missed burrito is what sets her off I’d suggest she find a new position. Our tacos were not supreme just regular and our burritos were swimming in sour scream. I’d say those are minor mistake though for working in such a hostile environment. The employee at the drive thru window was exceptional and maneuvered around the dramatic associate very respectfully.

When our food came they forgot my crunch wrap and had to ask staff twice, the children’s quesadilla came with jalapeño cream despite removing it on our order, and our pintos and cheese came crushed. BUT! One of the staff gave my son a small strawberry freeze for being friendly/polite at the end of our meal so I gave it the extra star.

Update: 7/20/24 Hey Jayme M you forgot to put in an order of Nachos Belle Grande after you asked me "the meal or just the nachos?". You also forgot the 2 straws for both my meals and there wasn't even a line at 9:35am. Thanks for nothing and still a 1 star buddy! Also took 2 stars away from Service. I know it sucks to get a 1 star because you forgot $1 cinnamon twists and forgot a Baja Blast but you forgot the $1 cinnamon twists and the Baja blast. Nacho bell grande and beefy 5 layer burrito was heavy on beans too, should have called it Beans Bell Grande and Beany 5 layer Bean burrito. Here's the receipt, go tell them they forgot my $1 cinnamon twists and my Baja blast.

This used to be a good location with efficient staff. Now not so much. Every time we use this location now they mess up our order. EVERY TIME. Yesterday I ordered 3 soft taco supremes no cheese and used the coupon given to me for the last time they messed up and they got them wrong yet again. I also ordered the bell grande nachos with extra meat, bean, and sour cream, no cheese. What I got was nachos with beans, tomato, and sour cream. There was no meat at all. I was charged extra for the extra toppings and didn’t even receive the extra toppings! I have been nice and given them the benefit of the doubt but they obviously cannot follow an order screen. Being as I have worked in fast food I know it’s not that hard to read a screen and make the food right if you pay attention. I’m tired of getting messed up food so I will not be going back to this...

Update….3/14/25- Had another mobile order I picked up through drive thru for family. Customized to say “no tomato” on supreme tacos. (Wanted sour cream). When I arrived, I expressed no tomatoes in the 3 taco supreme combo which I heard relayed and I made sure before I grabbed the bag. I get home and pass the food out and…….surprise!!!! Tomatoes on the tacos. I give up, will likely be my last Taco Bell order. The staff were friendly, but mistakes and mediocre food I’ll tell the family next time we pick a better place.

Had a larger mobile order for takeout. Plus side, each item was in the order and on time. Negative: Most of the items were packed poorly and damaged. Tostada was on bottom in box so everything was smashed to lid, each taco shell was cracked from being jammed together. Burritos on bottom and were smashed. And no tomato items still had...
