Subway — Restaurant in Rochester

Went with kids to take out foods. The lady who prepared the sandwiches was one of the rudest persons I have ever seen in the restaurant industry. She was mad that my wife let the kids select the addition to their sandwiches. I was completely stunned watching how mad she got and how she talked to us. I quietly told her to just get us the food as it is and I grabbed it and we left.. l really regreted my 15% tip. Wouldn't do it if I had to pay after what have seen. This lady should not be serving customer period at any setting let alone food. Subway's standards getting lower and lower by the day.. Next time when I pass this place on my way to the store I would not wonder about why this place is...

Was in subway on break person working refussed to serve me said was closing. This is at 6.30 pm there was other people also wanting to be served.young.kid did not care either way. Left open sign on .left cooler unlocked. And.did not put gate up to close any one could gone any helped them.selves to what ever. This has happen alot.if that is what subway is like and lets people get a way with this they deserve to not make money.dont feel abit sorry.people wont go there. I don’t want to be THAT person, because I LOVE subway, but this is probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever got. Worker was nice. The problem was the bread. I got Italian herbs and cheese bread like I’ve been getting forever at other locations. The bread wasn’t cut evenly or maybe just baked wrong (not sure who’s fault that is) but the bread had a ton of cheese on it.
