We stopped by Tea Time Bubble Tea in Rochester and tried a couple of drinks. I had the Thai milk tea with pearls, and my husband asked the cashier for a recommendation and got the brown sugar bubble tea. Both drinks were good. The pearls were cooked perfectly with a nice chewy texture. The Thai tea flavor was a bit light, but still enjoyable.
One issue I had was with the lid seal. It was not sealed properly even before I put the straw in. When I shook the cup, Thai tea spilled everywhere. I asked the staff to reseal it, but it still leaked the second time. The cashier gave me a rag, which helped a little, but it was still messy. Thankfully, the tea did not stain my clothes.
