Update August 2025: This Starbucks location continues to provide excellent customer service and I've never had a problem with any of the staff. I never have to wait long at all and there's a couple staff who when they hear my voice and see me on camera coming through the drive-thru, they remember who I am! The intentionality of these employees wanting to remember their customers and other local business owners that come through should be rewarded for sure š A gal here also allowed me to leave some cards and handed them out to the next 10 customers that came through! Thank you so much for that. I will not go anywhere else for a refreshing Lavender matcha! Seriously Starbucks DO NOT get rid of this drink!! It's delicious and lavender has health benefits. I had actual lavender buds in my drink the other day and was like "oh thank you!" Ans there was a message on my cup that the friendly barista wrote for me. It said , "Enjoy and hope you have a nice day" with a heart. I was actually having a stressful morning and she just made my day. I've tried ordering the same drink in 3 other locations including comparing it to a couple caribou locations in town and this place on N Broadway knows what they're doing. Caribu I swear makes it taste like a sugar bomb and it's disgustingly way too sweet. Well done Starbucks! I highly recommend this location and encourage everyone to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. As for the $100 bill comment in the reviews, I'd like to respond to that by saying I have tried to use a $100 bill before but if they can't take it due to the cash shortage I completely understand that. It is not because staff is being rude or trying to make anyone upset. As for publicly targeting an employee on here based on their appearance I want to encourage those individuals that that can be looked at as public slander and defamation and business owners can certainly hold that against you if they so chose and the employee being singled out can take it as harassment. Just an FYI from a human whose walked through that in the past. I believe if you truly have a grievance with a specific individual here or feel your service wasn't up to par, just privately pull them aside in person and have a calm and mature conversation about how you feel. Spread kindness around like confetti! Because businesses today rely not only on customers supporting them but also on positive feedback as means to grow their businesses. When individuals choose to bash businesses remember that it not only hurts that location but it hurts other employees and their livlihood as well. People are not perfect and everyone of us can have an off day now and then. Be kind and think twice before you post is my encouragement. I love how friendly the staff is here! My orders have never been messed up and I love the coffee and the panini sandwiches. The blueberry muffins are delicious and moist. Also there was a gal who saw my business sign on my vehicle and she said āHey thereās gonna be this thing on tv featuring woman owned businesses as well as local small business can I add you to that and help you out?ā I was so touched by that and then she said āYou know what enjoy your coffee you look like itās been a rough dayā It was a rough day and I just feel so welcome each time I come here. For starters, no one ever EVER asks me if I want my drink hot or cold. I worked at Starbucks so Iām fully aware any drink on the menu except for the obvious, ice coffee, cold brew and teas can be made either way. That being said even when I do say iced I still get it hot, like ok whatever NBD Iāll still drink it. So I go in today, I ask for a cold brew, the new one with the salted caramel cream, I was given it with no ice, the cream was not like how it normally is (Iāve had this drink before at a different starbucks so Iām fully aware as to what itās supposed to look like) Ntm the kid handing me it didnāt even know what the drink was called... Iām only leaving this review to hopefully bring some attention to a large problem with this Starbucks. I truly want to keep coming here because itās SUPER convenient but as Iām pouring my $5 drink down the sink Iām not sure if I should keep coming here
10/31 update: I keep giving this place chances and Iām not sure why. I go today, get a tall pumpkin spice latte, THEY PUT NO SYRUP IN ITā¦. Not to mention it was only 3/4 of the way full⦠avoid this starbucks...

They are constantly out of cold brew, never make the drinks right, you ask for light ice (I only ask for light ice otherwise all you get is a cup of ice with a tiny bit of coffee) and itās still piled with tons of ice when you ask for lite. Constantly out of syrups quite often. We will be going to the other Starbucks from here on out, the consistency of the drinks is horrible, whoever is managing this location needs a lot more training. Sucks because this one is right by our house but we are done burning up $10 a time for 2 drinks that are never made right more then 10% of the time.
Tried it again on 9/12/23 and out of ingredients again, itās main ingredients for making half the drinks, needs better management.
Tried again on 11/20/23, and was horrible, was like drinking watery old coffee with none of the flavoring of what I ordered.
