When I came in on my lunch break as I have about every few weeks or so ordered through the app customized my chicken sandwich with nothing on it as far as the app states when get food as I order everything plain I alway check when I told the cashier it was supposed to be plain but it has pickles on it she got hostile and told me that she will not waste any more product on me as I always have an issue when I come through now as I said earlier I don’t come in often maybe once every two weeks or maybe a week but to get hostile due to the app not being correct uncalled for then walked away and closed window on me then another girl came to the window rude as well and said we have nothing to do with the app and refused to correct it finally a third woman came to the window asked issues I explained and she was very nice offered to correct issue she then went and fixed the problem as the store manager arrived so I then spoke with her about the rudeness of her employees and the unprofessionalism displayed there today thank you to the store manager and the lady that helped me but very poor service from the younger girls working there...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive up and was met by an instant attitude. I ordered my food and asked for the order to be read back to me and in a absolutely nasty attitude was told she would do it at the window. I was a bit surprised at her snippy mouth and proceeded to the window to inform her that they could keep the food due to the bad attitude. This girl acted as though it was cute to treat a guest at this business rudely. Folks we are being charged more for smaller portions and being treated as though we owe these companies respect when we get none. I think the trigger was when I asked for my drink to have a little ice rather than 2/3 of the cup ice and the remaining 1/3 soda. I don't need Hardee's but I enjoy their food. They do however need us. I am not usually a complainer but I have had my fill. I'll take my money elsewhere. 8/06/2024 update. There seems to be a common theme with a particular employee being rude at this store. Rolling her eyes, getting snippy, not knowing what the specials are. Yeah, this is true across the industry because we continue to buy from these businesses that fail to rectify personnel...
Read moreOrdered 3 of the special 2.99 double cheeseburgers at the drive through, got my order and they were singles, no bid deal I thought, I would have went inside to get the order fixed but the lobby was closed today, so I went back through the drive through to attempt to have my order made right and the fat idiot argued with me about what I ordered, she was adamant that i ordered singles, I told her to direct her attention to the giant Hardee's sign with the 2.99 DOUBLE cheeseburgers, but to no avail. Whoever was working the drive thru at 12:30 today need to either be fired or retaught how to deal with minor issues like this professionaly, I'm mean come on, it's not like it was massive order or it was super busy. Crazy, never had issues here before today. Very disappointed with my lunch today, I was in a great mood before that whole ordeal. Again it wasn't a big deal untill she told me what I ordered and refused to make it right....
