NOT PICKY EATER / EATING DISORDER FRIENDLY. OR RATHER, NOT FRIENDLY IN GENERAL. The staff in the Rock Falls location particularly is very rude and does not understand the fact that other people want or NEED things a specific way. I struggle very, very much with food aversions that can completely ruin whatever appetite I can muster, so I want things in a particular way because that is what I'm paying for. I ordered my sandwich at the speaker, telling her the specific way I wanted it, she said "okay, we can do that." When I go to the window, the girl that took my order smirked as she swiped the card that paid for my sandwich when I asked again if itd be made right. She confirmed that it will be made to order and walked away. When she came back and handed me my food, she rolled her eyes and shut the window on me because I promised I'd be back if it was messed up again. Of course, it wasn't what I had ordered. Again. The owner proceeded to side with her and talked down on/at me and made me feel as if I was absolutely crazy for being upset when I confirmed my order and the exact way I ordered it. This has happened WAY too many times at this location, the employees have no manners and are disrespectful and oddly spiteful. Please don't go here if you have food aversions, any kind of eating disorder, or picky kids that may like things a certain way (with/without ingredients) - they've proven, to me at least, that they do not care for other's and what we are spending money for. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, the order taker who seemed annoyed by my very existence, giving me attitude, mumbling under his breath, and was openly swearing while taking our order. After I asked politely for him to clarify something, he blew up and literally walked away and then out of the store! I was shocked we were there for under 5 minutes and and entire incident unfolded! The employee closest to us blandly justified the rude behavior by saying that the angry order taker was "having a bad day" like this was normal and acceptable behavior! The store just opened and there was zero rush so we had no idea what was going on. I literally asked out loud to no one in particular if we should leave? Then someone flagged who we thought was the shift manager(?), who came over to continue taking our order. After that drama, there was no care or quality put into making in our sandwiches (which also were missing items we paid for), the unhappy worker (they all seemed unhappy) who made our sandwiches just dumped them on the counter at signaled for us to pick up our order, we had to bag them ourselves!!!! To make matters worse, and we never received a receipt so I had to pay $18 out-of-pocket for abrasive unprofessional rude behavior and a bag of depression masked as food. The chips that were part of the combos weren't in our order. The soda flavor needed changed as it was like drinking club soda and here's the best part.......
