Great Value, But Payment Policy Needs Review I’ve always appreciated Little Caesars, and specifically the Rock Falls location, for its incredible Hot•N•Ready value and speed. It’s consistently my first stop when I need a fast, affordable family dinner, and happen to be driving by, which is why I was ready to place a sizable order recently. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to a frustrating payment and coupon policy. I wanted to use a valuable coupon code I had received through my T-Mobile app, but I intended to pay for the order with cash in the store. The staff, though polite, informed me that to redeem the coupon, the entire transaction must be completed, including credit card payment, through the app while I was standing there. While I understand the drive for efficiency, being unable to use a digital code while opting for a simple in-store cash payment ultimately prevented me from completing my purchase. We ended up taking our business to the Dixon Domino’s, where I was able to easily use their app to place the exact same order and apply a coupon, but still select the option to pay cash upon pickup. I spent close to $50 on pizza and sides at the competitor. While that is just a small drop in the bucket for a corporate company, it represents a lost purchase for the Rock Falls store. It's a shame that a restrictive technical requirement keeps me from shopping here, as I genuinely enjoy the product. I hope the team considers adjusting this policy so customers can combine promotional codes with cash payments in the future. I asked for 3 ranch and 3 jalapeno and cheese dip cups she rings them up so I told her I already paid for them when I placed my order she looks at my order and tells me there is only 2 ranch on the order. I go to my truck and get my phone which shows all the sauces she throws the rest on the counter I say thank you she replies with "yep". I get home my pizza isn't cut all the way through and my stuffed crazy bread seems as tho it is not even cooked just soggy do with cheese in it. Went to the Rock Falls, Il location to redeem my free combo but wasn't able to link it to their website correctly. The employee behind the counter had no idea how to help me either, wasn't educated on how their promotional offerings are redeemed by customers.
