I have visited this location more than once. Also, during different times of the day throughout several months. The only time I've found this place realitivly decent is evenings on the weekends. There is a young woman that shouldn't be working with others. I witnessed her treat other staff members terrible, quite frankly she reminds me of the mean teenage girls you see in television or movies. I believe her name is Mary or Sherry although I could not make out what another young woman referred to her as. Absolutely sickening when I overheard someone crying in the woman's restroom, as I washed my hands. Will continue to update as time goes on. Maybe this review will be an eye opener for the big fella to pay closer attention to his staff and how others are treated. Warning a few weeks ago I got diarrhea from their "shartnitas".

He tried to order a large quesadilla for me (this has been done at the location near SLU with no problems) and was told the large quesadilla can only be ordered online not in person, so my husband said he'll take 2 small quesadillas instead and some chips. My husband ordered some sort of bowl for himself. As he was eating it he said it was so salty, he continued to eat it because we didn't have anything else at the house but he was concerned he was going to be sick from the salt. Mine was also very salty and the chips were stale. I never complain about restaurants and me and my husband love salt but this was not great... I've never been so underwhelmed with a Chipotle. Read moreThis restaurant’s fulfillment of online orders is slow, and the manager and staff working at the time showed an exceptional lack of customer appreciation.
I ended up having to wait in-store 45 minutes for my online order. There were about 7-10 people waiting for online orders while I was there, and almost No Walk In Orders during this time. With six staff present (two doing online orders, two “prepping”, two up front serving nobody) another customer and I asked if the up front people could help fulfill orders. The front staff neglected to help, and the manager on duty gave multiple excuses for why only the to-go staff could fulfill it.
This location needs a better system in place and needs better staff training. Once I finally got the food, it was tasty, but this was a terrible experience and makes me question ever supporting this...
