ANYONE WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS watch out for the Rock Hill location. I’m a vegetarian of 15+ years and I was given chicken instead of tofu TWICE then still not taken care of. I’m a long time customer of Crazy Bowls due to the healthy vegetarian options available and I order at least once weekly. My last experience at the Rock Hill location was completely unacceptable. I ordered a wrap with tofu on the app for pick up. I drove home and ate part of it only to realize I was given chicken instead of tofu. I called the restaurant and spoke to the shift lead (her name started with a K) on 1/20/20 around 7:30pm. I requested to pick up a new wrap made correctly and for a refund due to the inconvenience of having to drive back. I also informed her that I had eaten meat though being a strict vegetarian due to the error. She told me I had to choose either a refund or a new wrap but could not have both, which really isn’t taking care of the customer. Despite the poor customer service, I drove back to get my new wrap. I drove back home only to find it was made with chicken AGAIN! I called back and spoke to the shift lead again. All she could offer me was a refund. She said “I should have asked for her when I came in because she would have made it correctly.” WHAT?! I requested a phone call from the store manager, which I was told I would receive on 1/21/20. I never got that phone call. I’ve filled out 2 feedback forms on the website with no response either. The reason I used to go to Crazy Bowls was because I always felt taken care of with my dietary restriction. I will not be back. This is completely unacceptable. Read moreEditing previous review because the last two times I have ordered a vegan bowl it has come with feta cheese on it. I just called the store to see if possibly they recently got a vegan feta cheese, they said no. The lady who answered asked me if I had selected “no feta”, I replied no, because I ordered the vegan version, she told me that “the cooks only see your modifications so if you didn’t specify “no feta” they will put that on. I told her that under the “vegan kale and quinoa salad” there is not even a feta option. I asked when they see “vegan” they don’t know that feta is dairy and not supposed to be in there and she said no, the cooks don’t know all of those differences. So that’s not great to hear. She did not say anything about making my order correct, just acted like I should have specified something that is not even an option to do. I am including pics of the online ordering screen and my salad. Then my co-worker just came over and showed me that there was a bone in his buffalo chicken wrap. I am allergic to eggs and all of the sauces we order a double steak bowl w jasmine rice and cheese and add avocado. We state NO EGGS NO SAUCE JUST MEAT RICE CHEESE & Avocado. I am not sure why it’s so hard. I’m super super aggravated. The bowl is around $14.00 when all said and done. My husband doesn’t check to make sure the order is right so that part is his fault leaves comes home and hast to go back the next time. I should eat the eggs get really sick. Go to the hospital and then sue you because I have told you many times that we are all allergic to eggs. This location is the worst location at providing a service for people that we pay for because you’re too lazy to look at a ticket and get the order correct. Awful!
