I visit this location often solely due to convenience alone as I work right down the street, honestly, it’s alway a disaster minus the kindness you receive from those who work the drive-thru (most likely due to the fact they’re trying to bandaid the 25 minute wait because the baristas can’t get it together, but regardless, it’s appreciated).
Today was the last chance I will ever give them. Not only did I wait 22 minutes for a mobile order (a simple iced coffee, might I add), but in the meantime I witnessed the “barista” knowingly make two drinks like trash, one of which he tried to pass off a chia tea for an iced coffee (like what?!), then he didn’t even remake it properly after telling the poor girl he was certain it was tea...🧐and another of which he handed a guy a painfully diluted iced coffee -this prompted him to speak up about the chaos he also experiences regularly. Not only did one of the girls behind the counter say, “then don’t come here”, the gentleman screwing up the drinks refused to make mine once I finally went over and asked the manager about it. Never in my life....We don’t all but deplete our 401k to pay for overpriced coffee that doesn’t at least come with a smile.
I’m aware this is one of the busier locations in the area, and I feel for you guys, really. But unfortunately great customer service from only half of your staff, cannot outweigh the awful inconsistencies your patrons experience. Read moreNot sure where the problem lies, exactly, but their drink making is not consistent or perhaps they're taught different ratios than most other locations. I'm a creature of habit and order the same drink usually, but unlike other locations, this store gives me drinks that taste like milk 90% of the time, even if I add an extra shot in anticipation. I asked once if the drink was made with three shots, and the person tending the drive-thru seemed surprised that I expected three shots in the iced drink (which led me to wonder if they're taught different ratios) but she quickly went an added a shot without being asked. The staff is very pleasant and nice! They're often overwhelmed inside and with the drive-thru in the morning, but still do a great job getting people in and out while greeting people with smiles. Read moreSo today I decided to stop a Starbucks on my way to work and it was 5:25 the lights was on so I drove to the window and ask was time they would open because everyone was standing by the window the two women just walk off as if I was even there so anyway 530 rode around they ope. I go in and I tell them that they where very rude to just walk away instead of just saying 530 because of course I can hear thu the window. They did not apologize for there action like it's normal (probably is towards black people)so I tell them that was ruse then the one snobs says it's just coffee first off I don't want coffee I'm not ur regular customer and I guess it's ok to act and speak to your customers that way I don't see how people act in this manner I been in customer services over 30 yrs and could and would never treat any customer that way.
