TLDR; They claimed they didn’t have our order even though it was on the screen. When they did make the order it was wrong and refused to make the pizza again even after showing proof of what was ordered.
My coworkers ordered pizza for our office today, and when one of them went to pick it up at the given time, she was told by one of the employees that they didn’t have an order under that name. The order screen in the lobby showed the correct name so she pointed it out and they hadn’t even made it let alone acknowledged it. They told her it would be about 10-15 minutes.
She came back to pick up the pizza and there wasn’t any cheese on it even though it was ordered. When she pointed it out, they claimed it was ordered that way. She showed them the order which showed there was indeed supposed to be cheese on it. They then printed out a ticket showing no cheese and said they couldn’t have altered it and that the order screen she was showing wasn’t the actual order breakdown (even though it lists each ingredient). We know they were lying because I set up another order through the app and if you select a pizza without cheese a screen pops up to make sure you really don’t want it and the order screen that was shown to the employees lists no cheese. They refused to remake the pizza and said we would have to pay for another, which we weren’t going to do.
My coworker brought the pizza back to us and we noticed there also wasn’t pepperoni on the pizza, which also showed on the print out they had given her. We’ve tried to call several times but no one answers the phone there. Maybe I’ll consider changing my review if someone can reach out to me with...
Read moreOh boy. Someone needs a corporate visit.
The 5'4" gentleman with dark stubble and a nose piercing is too slow to work the make line. See attached picture of the make line screen.
Whoever the fine gentleman is in the gray hat and gray shirt needs work to do. He stood watching for 5 minutes before wandering away. Put him to work, please.
Props to the older driver with the turtle sticker on the back of his car. He is working. Same for the nice lady working the oven while desperately trying to help the lazy or incapable make line.
Despite all of this, what really burns my crust is that they are neglecting the prefold of boxes. There is room. There is time. It takes 2 seconds with practice to fold a pizza box in advance. Struggling with them after they already have food on them is pointless.
I still love...
Read moreGreat location. I have shopped at this Dominoes many times. I recommend doing call-in order or ordering online at ALL Dominos. I've always did call-in or ordered online and the pizza was always done at the estimated time that was given which was usually very fast!! Plus, their pizza are great too!!
The only problem with this place may be their VERY VERY VERY small and compact parking lot which is VERY easy to pass up; especially at night time. Thus, drive slow both in their parking lot AND when APPROACHING this place! Because, it's VERY easy to miss their DRIVEWAY! If this place gets crowded, you might even encounter a situation where there may be no parking space and you may have to park elsewhere.
This is the kind of place where you get your...
