I needed a little dessert after a meal at a pub nearby in Rock Island. I'm not a Dunkin' superfan, but I generally like their donuts and hot beverages from time to time. Up until this point, I also hadn't been to many locations along 18th Avenue in Rock Island, so I opted to visit and sit for a while and relax on this lazy Saturday morning. The interior of this Dunkin' is similar to many of the others I've visited. There's a combination of different lighting fixtures suspended from the ceiling, including some large cylindrical fixtures just off center of the dining area that appear unique to this location. The walls are a neutral tan with various advertisements and coffee shop decoration adorned upon them. The floors consist chiefly of a uniformly placed 1x2 foot dark ceramic tile, while the overhead is covered by a drop ceiling and a combination of the aforementioned lighting with florescent fixtures throughout, as well. All in all, it looks like what you'd expect from the interior of a Dunkin'. For this trip, I got a pack of chocolate munchkins and a hot green tea to drink. Both were out to me within minutes. The munchkins were exactly what I'd expect from Dunkin', not really much more to say there - they were donut holes. The tea was similarly what should be expected from a coffee and donut shop - it was pretty standard bagged green tea, honestly. I took some time to enjoy both in the corner where the two comfier chairs were positioned. The only thing that was a little off about this location was the general cleanliness level. I was in the dining area a little after noon, and the floors and most of the tables appeared to be a little dirtier than expected. The entire 45-50 minutes I was there, I didn't see anyone move to wipe down the tables, nor sweep up the floors at any point. I'm not sure if this is a gap in this particular Dunkin' or if it's normal for other locations. Either way, it was slightly off putting. I'm not a normal Dunkin' consumer, and this trip hasn't really swayed me away from the place nor convinced me to come back with any regularity. I still think their donuts are okay and will probably be returning in the future for them at this location or others at some point. Thanks again, Dunkin'.

I was only customer at 5:30 am 9/20/22. Ordered croissant sandwich and an avocado toast with bacon. Toast came without bacon. When I asked about it the fat woman worker said “give it to me!” and took it without saying anything else. She brought it back a few minutes later with bits of cold bacon sprinkled on top and shoved it towards me without saying anything else. Picture is attached for reference. It looks unappetizing to say the least. Service and food is pretty bad. Generally I like DD but avoid this location (18th Av Rock Island). Won’t be back. Hy Vee express across street with better food and service.

The people working there, especially on Sunday mornings. Act like they really hate their job and they really hate people.. Their donuts are never fresh. And the glazed donuts have absolutely nothing on them almost. You can't even barely see the glaze. And the way they put my frosted donuts in the bag. They were upside down so that the frosting came off of them. Wasted a complete thirty dollars. And I don't know what the heck is wrong with their mocha frappuccinos, but they taste really gross. They don't taste like mocha frappuccinos

Just sat at drive thru ordering screen for over 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. After 10 mins they came on saying they would be with me in a moment. Sat another 7 minutes before they came back on. Placed my order only for them to say they are cleaning their ovens so can’t make anything. This place always has horrible service, the workers look like they don’t even want to be there, it’s always new workers so clearly management is not doing their job. Had one young girl that used to work there, red headed that seemed to be the only one that kept that store operable. Once she left it went right back downhill. Will never return again. Many customers left angry in line behind me as well for how...

Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte (asked specifically if they had sugar free vanilla syrup) and it came… with zero sweetness whatsoever. It was obvious that they forgot the syrup. When I asked them to fix it I was told “it’s sugar free so it’s not sweet - you need sugar for sweet!” Oi. Being a type 1 diabetic I order sugar free drinks every day of my life - and they are all sweet. That’s the point of adding syrup, sugar free or not. Either they don’t know how science works or someone doing the ordering is really not good at picking out product, but they didn’t understand that it should still TASTE sweet and wanted to argue with me. Not going back to that...
