Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rockaway Township

I didn't know fast food could be so inconsistent. If I order a dozen donuts here, on a good day they have 6/12 of the donuts I ordered in stock. Some items, such as apple fritters, they just don't carry. And if there's a special donut of the month or whatever, there's a good chance they just don't have that either. If I order a sandwich, 90% of the time the bacon is burnt. Sometimes I get 2 slices of bacon, sometimes I get 10.. The other day I placed an order, they filled the first item on the order and just like... Forgot to fill the rest. As if someone read the first item and was just like "okay done!" And lastly.. I don't know what's going on at this specific dunkin but all the drinks taste slightly worse than any other dunkin I've been too. The coffee tastes like dirty and burnt and the ice tea just.. Idk isn't as good. If I had to venture a guess, I'd imagine they don't clean their instruments well. The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone at this shop is very kind and friendly.. Unfortunately, everything else sucks. This location lacks attention to detail. I frequently order on my way to work and select the curbside option. They never bring it out. Instead they place my order in the "walk in" pickup cabinet. When I show them the receipt that they printed with "curbside" written in bold with the description on my car, they respond with oh sorry. If this option can not be supported here it needs to be removed. They also never get my order right although it's typed out on the receipt. So frustrating because this is the only dunkin...

Charging people for a refill, when you eat in store is just not good customer service, asked for a sandwich with cheese and ham on a roll, yet they tried to put some ancho sauce on it, even after I said--cheese and ham only, nothing else. Last time I checked if a customer wants nothing else, you should not put on anything else.. and over priced is the other thing. never will I pay for a ham and cheese on a roll for what they charge, out of the other dunkin donuts in the area--they charge $1.00 more for the same...
