This place is terrible. I'll start by saying don't go here unless you have plenty of time to wait and nowhere to go. Also, sometimes you may not even get noticed and have to cancel your online order. I came one morning after placing my online order, and when I arrived at the drive thru, no one said anything. I pulled to the window, and the manager said they were closed, I let them know I paid for my order and asked what I should do? She said rudely cancel it, I asked how and she wouldn't answer or let the other employees help me. I tried again a few weeks later, put online order, paid, and went to pick it up, to be completely ignored, the drive thru employee and 1 other employee just stood there and talked. Therefore, I canceled my order and left. Today, month later, I ordered again to arrive and wait 15 minutes in the drive thru. I chalked that up to maybe they were busy. I get to the window to pick up my large mocha frappe and was asked to pull forward. Now im irritated all this wait for a coffee. I pull to the window and was brought out the wrong drink, the employee took it back. Then some young kid came to the window with a medium hot caramel coffee. I told him this wasn't wrong and I ordered a large mocha frappe. He then nicely called me a liar. He said "ma'am I took you're order and this was your order. Read moreMy brother went to this location yesterday. (He's mentally handicap so it affects his social skills as he gets nervous with confrontation.) He waited over 20 minutes for his meal because they handed it to another person and instead of acknowledging that he was standing there for a long period of time they played on their phones and ignored him, until he messaged me to let me know what was going on so I had to tell him to go up and ask, then they proceeded to give him the wrong size fry and drink ( he didnt notice until he got home as he walks everywhere.). I called and talked to a female manager, carrie, yesterday who said she would take care of him and he could come back in and she would replace his order. I told her he got off before she would be in a she said that was fine, she would leave a note or something. Well he went in today to get his replacement and the manager, Don, was extremely rude and condescending. He proceeded to talk over me on the phone, stating their policies, where I had to say "excuse me, sir!" Over him to get him to stop talking. I said I understood they had certain policies and problems in the past with people scamming them. I'm not even from this state, so how would I know?!
