Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I haven't ordered from Domino's in a really long time so I looked up their number on Google called and placed an order for delivery the woman on the phone told me it would take 30 to 40 minutes for my food to get to my home I waited for over an hour and a half when the driver finally showed up and then told me that he could not give me change for my order because they only carry $20 on them at all times I asked him why I was not informed of this on the phone being as I'm a new customer and I haven't ordered from them in a really long time this is something that I wouldn't know unless I was advised of this and he just told me that it's posted on our website so I called down to the store to tell them that the delivery driver only carries $20 and was unable to give me change so I was headed to the store to go purchase my order the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that it's posted on the website that drivers only carry $20 on them and it's posted inside the store that they cannot accept $100 bill I told her that I did not order in store and I did not order offline I simply googled the number and placed my order over the phone so unless one of them would have told me to specifically look on the website for delivery information or I was inside the store there's no possible way that I could have known that I wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to feed my family. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never attempt to order from there again!!!!! It's not even the issue of the miscommunication that's upsetting ... It's the way I was treated that I...

The food was great! The delivery guy was great First time ordering and eating Domino's since I was a kid. I ordered online and was overcharged. The whole reason I wanted it was for the deal. 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 8 Piece Cinnamon Twists, and a 2 Liter of Coke for $19.99. It instead rang up as 24.74 before tax. I got a thing of pasta for 6.99 and for whatever reason a thing of sauce cost 1.00 with a 5.99 delivery fee (which drivers don't get) I added a 5.00 tip and with tax 3.09 came to 45.81. I notified customer service about the discount that wasnt applied properly. I'm waiting to hear back. Aside from that, it was great! The food looks great, and the presentation was amazing! My kids loved it, and we have plenty of leftovers. It's definitely worth it in those nights when you just need someone else to cook. I'll change my review star after getting my money back and hearing back from IT. Update: I heard back from customer service. They didn't refund me. They basically said it was my fault that even though it doesn't state that it's an upcharge for a certain type of bread for your pizza and topping. So both my Pizzas were 8.02 if that'd you then change it or it won't be 19.99. This could be a simple fix with IT but it's not. They could simply give my almost 5 bucks back but they won't. So I will keep my review what it is and NOT eat here again because...

Ill never order Again from this Dominos ..1st the delivery driver shorted me $5 not having a clue up from down or left to right ..having his number do to him not knowing where he was trying to get here ..i called him 3 times before he answered and confronting him about shorting me $5 and as i was lokking at him kut yhe window still in front of my complex has the audacity to say he had left already and caught by surprise i said B.S. im looking rite at you ..so after dealing with that i find the pizza i ordered was not what i ordered ..dbl cheese ..not even close .. plus chicken bacon ham sausage, pep , jalapenos , and ground beef . Now seeems like alot rite ??? This pizza was pathetic . As if i ordered a one topping pizza ..so i called manager told about enyire experuence and oh were so sorry del driver was new and we'll send you a credit in the mail covering your next pizza yhe next time you order ...this was jan ..now its march still nothing in mail so i called tonight and waas told under new mamagement nothing we can do ..but we'll sent ya a coupon for $5 off your next oder ... ya want a real pizza call Sams on Charles ..order meat supreme youll be shocked ..well done ...screw dominos...
