I got the special salad with garlic bread. I went to eat and realized the salad didn't have any dressing. This was my first time ordering food from them so I immediately called and asked was the dressing suppose to be on the salad or the side. The young lady said the side. I informed her I didnt get any. Before I can say anything else she said, "we CAN'T give you another salad" Excuse me I didnt ask for another salad. Why when I call, you immediately tell me what you not going to do without once apologizing for your mistake. When I called her out on her rudeness she hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager because at this point I just wanted a refund based on the fact I didn't get what I paid for and the rudeness. The manager (Kala) informed me she will not give me a refund and I was wasting her time. She went on to say I was being rude, she had other customers to attend to, and hung up on me. I guess I wasn't considered a customer worthy of tending to. Mind you I never once was rude to anyone, not even raising my voice.
Long story short with the police by my side. Yes, I called them! I received my money back. They had the audacity to say I'm no longer welcome back. I guess if THEY mess up your order, YOU are not welcome back! Go figure...BTW a simple sincere apology could of went a long ways. Also, why would you ever think I would want...

Been going here for years. Used to be awesome. In the last few years it has really gone down hill. I just went recently and like many reviews the person was not friendly. I felt like I was a bother but there was literally no one else there. Pumpkin bars and Lemon bars are amazing!! but are waaaay over priced now. Salad had hardly any toppings and $8 for a small container of cheese tortellini with hardly any sauce - not worth it. It was disrespectful the amount of pasta in there - no meat mind you- for $8. The bread is wonderful - probably the best item - and I’m glad to see it has stayed the same! They no longer have actual pizza’s either. I will not be back. Each time has been more disappointing, sadly. Added photo - I tried it lol and still disappointed a year later…. The plastic bowl is 1 cup for size reference the container is 6.5” diameter.
