Subway — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Well eating at this subway we've received the wrong kind of cookies we ordered. We had ordered three chocolate chip cookies and three white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. The first time we realized they had given us 6 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, when I took a bag up to the counter to explain to them they've given us the wrong cookies the woman working there took them out of our bag that we had taken to our table put them back in the cookie holding container and gave us three chocolate chip cookies. When we went to eat the second bag of cookies we realized we had gotten three white chocolate cranberry cookies. Again we took the back up to the counter and told them they had given us the wrong cookies. The woman then takes the cookies out of the bag and goes to put them back in the cookie holder. When asked if she was going to put the cookies back in the holder she replied with well you didn't touch them did you. I'm thoroughly disgusted that they took cookies that we had taken back to our table back into the cookie holder. I will definitely not be eating at the...

If I could give a negative star I would. Please there is no apparent care for the employees or the customers. Panhandlers will steal the change out of your ashtray while you are inside. I don't know who owns this franchise but their license should be investigated as well.

Small portion size to begin with and even with a direct request for shredded lettuce was told "no" by the employee. Paid for double meat but only received what would be a single portion anywhere else. Add to arguing with customers, order accuracy is abysmal. You have to baby sit the "sandwich artist" to make sure you don't get short changed. My recommendation, if you want Subway, go down town on State Street or the Charles Street location.

Came in 2 days in one week. Was disappointed with days. The staff was rude both times , I get when you're busy, you can get short sometimes. But when a customer walks in, and its empty- no reason to not greet them, or say- I'll be right with you... nope. Ignored completely. I have an allergy and let them know and they still tried to use the same knife I watched them use to cut a sandwich with the exact thing I'm allergic to. Then I got a dirty look for telling them to NOT USE THE KNIFE. If I get hospitalized for your mistake because of your inconsiderate employees-- let's just say it's not for business. On top of all that-- They didnt have the bread I wanted one day, had NO COOKIES besides chocolate chip up ( it was 1230. Come on- get it together!) AND it's super over priced. N E V E...
