After I asked for my food to be fresh, it wasn't. Cold 🍟 Rude Manger in the drive thru; the one I asked if my food would be fresh, and then he went back and forth with me about it. The driver couldn't even finish her chicken sandwich because it was old and cold 😡 we would never stop there again and let my friends and family know not to either. We travel back and forth that way a lot. The ice cream/sundaes is the only thing my cousin liked; you can't mess up ice cream. All of what we ordered was thrown in the 🗑 trash. The back and forth with the customer; myself He was so trying to prove himself right and me; the customer was wrong. Horrible! First ordered 4 chicken baskets with honey mustard. Was asked to wait, after they gave me the drinks and all 4 sundaes. Waited for 10 min for my food. Asked when the unapologetic employee handed me the food "is the honey mustard in the bag?" Her answer is "they are all in the box". Leave and get a few min down the road to discover they all have BBQ sauce in them. Ugh, go back to the store walk inside, and same girls says"oh, they weren't in there?" Not only am i super pissed, with still an unappreciative employee, but now my ice cream is soup, and as i leave the store and head home, i realize the ice cream has run out of the containers now and is all over my car!!!!!!!! Went through the drive thru yesterday, got an order of chicken strip basket, which usually is fantastic, I especially love the gravy, l usually order an extra cup, to dunk the toast too. When I opened the cup this time, I thought whoops they gave me ranch instead! I dunked my chicken anyways, or should I say "rinsed" my chicken.....the consistency was like milk.....the skim kind!!! It reminded me of the first time I made gravy....for Thanksgiving, no one would call it gravy, they said "hey, pass me the turkey water"!!!! FYI, so if you get the gravy, open the container, before you leave the line....unless you are a fan of turkey, I mean chicken...
