Which Wich — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Very disappointed. Took nearly 20 minutes with 3 employees and a manager present to make my sandwich. For their signature sandwich, which includes 5 meats and 3 cheeses along with toppings, I was expecting a much bigger sandwich. And to make matters worse they didn't add the bacon to mine. There's no way they can compete with the other sandwich options in the Rockford area such as Subway, Jimmy John's, Jersey Mikes and Potbellys if they aren't going to improve their portions, speed and prices. Also, they didn't have their sandwich prices listed on their monitors. They offer some sort of guarantee which I now wish I had read. The sandwich itself was satisfactory but again, very disappointed overall and I'd be very surprised if I ever returned. I'm hoping that all of these reviews will really get their management to take a closer look at the obvious problems they are having. Riverside is loaded with other food options so at this point I can't recommend this place.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews , people are truly impatient and can’t wait when a store as new as they are , are busy gettting not only online but in person orders. All staff are extremely nice and the food is great!! Portions are fair, same price as subway and you get more!! !! As long as you explain what you want on the sandwich you’ll get exactly what you want!! I normally get breakfast sandwiches and that stuff is fire 🔥 Sarah is by far my favorite but Colleen is def runner up she’s always taking my sas!! all I gotta say to the rest of these people is stop complaining!! Our first, and only visit here was ridiculously bad. Before I launch into that, if the owners are reading this, I would almost recommend shutting down for a few days to provide your employees more training.

$60 order of four sandwiches, and three of the sandwiches were wrong in some way. All of those three were missing sauces, one had significantly undercooked bread, toppings were incorrect on another of them. All were ridiculously skimpy on meats.
