Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I haven't eaten at Papa John's in maybe two decades (Don't like it). However, I just picked up my first two orders at this Papa John's as a NEW Doordash driver. The reddish blonde haired guy at the window (Friday 5:30pm) had quite a BAD ATTITUDE. He corrected me that this was my second time there that day- PERIOD (in the drive-thru) but did not inform me the first time that I should have went inside instead). I then started driving towards customer but went back because it Appeared that the sauces were missing. I walked in & asked him for the sauces to which he Frustratingly told me that they were inside the boxes. I told him that I'm new & I just asked for simple Respect. He started yelling & saying incoherent things as he walked away.

I was Never Rude but he was just Clearly Annoyed. I don't know what's going on in his life or if he just doesn't get paid enough but there is no need to be so short with people. It doesn't make your restaurant look good. PEOPLE...

Upon arrival we noticed the associate was so stoned he couldn’t keep his eyes open but anyway We ordered a shaqaroni pizza and upon getting it home. We noticed it was drenched in grease and so thin it was falling apart when taking the slices out of the box..So we called the store and talked to associate named Kaela who said she was a manager, we explained the quality concerns and she began to tell me that’s how there pizza is made and live with it so I asked for a manager and she said was the manager and began to yell and hung up the phone. Has anyone placed an order and picked it up at the wrong restaurant?
