Whiskey's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Absolute worst experience of my life normally I am very unbiased and very fair to the restaurant employees and the owner but these employees have gone too far the so-called manager you should not even be allowed to work there her attitude towards customers and delivery drivers is just completely unacceptable the fact that she's allowed to curse at customer's and then throw customers food across the table instead of handing it to them like she's supposed to she's completely unacceptable she just continued to argue even after I told her it's okay nevermind just give me my food and let me go she continued to yell at me completely disrespectful and unprofessional she doesn't even deserve a job there I've tried to get in contact with the owner several times and she refuses to let me talk to anybody but her I have now brought this city in on this because of how customers food is being handled completely unacceptable and I want to talk to the...

Update Went again for the Sunday buffet. This time the pizza crust was so hard it hurt my teeth. The chicken was quite over cooked. The mac n cheese was dry, the potatoes and gravy had little flavor. It's like it wasn't the same cook so it wasn't just right. Also, the water tasted like straight sanitizer. And thier soda wasn't any better, all sweet and no carbonation. Plus that sanitizer taste. HOWEVER, the music as amazing and it wasn't overly loud. Our bartender/waitress was just awesome.

Damn good food. Went in for the 1st time and got the buffet. Figured ya can't expect much from a buffet lunch at a bar, but I was very wrong. Went out Sunday to meet another couple for the breakfast buffet & bloody mary bar. We were just going to be there for a couple hours.... well, 6 hours later we left! The food was great, the drinks kept flowing & Becky out server was on top of her game. Becky made sure we were well taken care of, the drinks showed up on time or FASTER. Our food order was made to perfection & Pat (the owner) bought the table a ROUND OF DRINKS. I have not paid much attention to Whiskey's Roadhouse & I can only say to my detriment. A fool i have been to dismiss this place. The service was incredible, again Becky made us feel like we were only table in the joint & it was a packed house! The food was great & the drinks could not be stopped. One of the best times we have had in a long time. You need to come by Whiskey's & experience what getting out of the house & having a good time...
