I have been to this location twice now. Both times I have received the worse service of any restaurant I have ever been too. I am not hating on Domino's. I love their thin crust pepperoni/Banana pepper pizza. However, both times I have placed an order I called 30 minutes or so before driving to get the pizza on my way home. Each time I have done so they completely forgot to actually you know, make the pizza, or forgot they made it and misplaced it due to them not labeling it... So I arrived each time kind of disappointed when My order isn't ready. The first time they did this I was patient and waited 25-30 minutes for them to make me the pizza, or so i thought they were making it. Turns out that the pizza was made, and it had been sitting on the back shelf for 30 minutes before I got irritated and asked what was going on. Then 3 employees starting sifting through orders and found it. They then gave me my cold pizza for full price. I didn't freak out cause I know many of the staff is very new at that point, so it is what it is. Today I called in advance like I did the last time. Person who took my order told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there about 20 minutes after the phone call. I went in, paid for my order, and waited like the last time. Kid at the counter told me "That will be right out sir..." 20 minutes later I am asking 2 people if My pizza was even in the oven yet since the 2 orders behind me came out before mine. After watching everyone in the kitchen sift through boxes and pizza again they confirmed that they did not even make it this time. I asked for a refund and left. It isn't so much the young kids that work there that are the issue. It is a clear lack of leadership and process management that causes the horrible customer service of this restaurant. They need to have a solid process evaluation, and possibly a management change. There is a lot of pizza to be had out there, and I wont waste any more time on this location. Order# 2012/20012 or...
Read moreYou really always have to love Domino’s Pizza if it’s not for one thing like the incredible affordability it’s for another thing like the delightful quality of the pizza. Both of these are pizzas that Domino’s has let go for 999 each of a large pizza size for a pic as many toppings as you want up to I think six toppings But either way every time Domino’s does not fail to show that they mean business as a pizza corporation their dough is always fresh. The toppings are always nice and even the cooking and the texture of the dough is always consistent. I would say at this point it’s safe to say Domino’s is almost the McDonald’s of pizza chains...
Read moreFive stars! I ordered from the Domino's here in Rockford, MI this past Friday 2/5/21 and was majorly impressed with the whole experience! I couldn't believe how fast they delivered too -- this was a weekend, plus we'd just had a bad snowstorm so the roads were terrible, so I was expecting like hours of waiting. But nope my pizza showed up lightning fast, it was made super well, delicious bread-puffs, cute delivery boy, I just couldn't be more happy with them and hope to order again very soon from this Domino's! See now THIS is how delivery pizza should be done! Other...
