Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rockford

Well here we go again, round 2 I order jimmy johns at 6:00 pm waited and waited and waited hits 6:45 comes around still nothing so I give them a call and they asked who I was and instantly the people in the background start laughing and cussing which I don’t usually care but if you’re working it’s not the time. I ask if everything was okay and they said yep I will send it out in a couple minutes and I said okay. I’m out of work at 7 and still nothing so I wait for 20 more minutes and still nothing, I got sick of it and just went to the store myself and I told them I was still waiting for my order of 1.20 minutes and the guys in the back once again start laughing. The guy I was talking to also had an attitude the entire time. I asked for a refund and they said alright it will be back to you Monday well here it is Monday and I’m still waiting for...

Very disappointed with the lack of support for young baseball players at the Meijer Sports Complex. When I explained to Manager Maddy that we pre-ordered to make sure our son could eat between games, she showed no understanding or compassion. Despite all the signs around the complex promoting Jimmy John's, our experience was far from positive.

We placed our order 30 minutes ahead, but were simply told we'd get a message when the food was ready. Maddy also made an inappropriate comment to her coworkers and ended the interaction with a sarcastic "Have a nice day" (twice), which was met with laughter from the staff.

If you're looking for fast or friendly service, you might be better off using the drive-thru. As a small business owner myself, I can say this is not how customers...

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a convenient drive-through window. That is extremely convenient for me, being in a wheelchair! 😎

Even though I was in the parking lot, I placed my order through the app. I have our family's favorites all stored in the app, so it's super simple to pull up the app, tap on my favorite order, and complete my purchase using Google Pay! 😎
