Burger King — Restaurant in Rockland

Walked in cause I have trouble hearing in drive thru. Waited with another woman in line in front of me to place her order. Person running drive thru also had to run other registers going back and forth. I understand that takes time, no worries there, so I waited. Few minutes later I place my order and before she’s finished with me, told me the price of my food and walked back to the drive thru. Didn’t get my order ticket or even wait to see if my card went through. So I couldn’t confirm everything with my order. Filled my drink but there weren’t any lids and only a few straws left at the station. The woman who was before me got her order, checked it and asked for napkins, and the employee said they had none. Customer walks off shaking her head. She brings my order over I ask for a lid and she gets one from the drive thru section and I head to a table to check over my order before leaving. I ordered a double whopper plain, just burger and bun. Not a fan of all the toppings and cheese doesn’t agree with me. So when I open and see it with cheese on it I head back to the counter and say, “I ordered this plain and it has cheese on it, I can’t have the cheese”. She looks at me bewildered and says that’s not what you ordered you said plain which is just all the toppings. We go back and forth a few times which has never happened before at any place I’ve ever ordered from, until she spins the computer terminal towards me with a very nasty and raised voice saying “plain is just minus these!” I finally said the hell with it, I’m not waiting it and knew someone I was visiting would eat it. But now I’m out my dinner, I have no money left to get anything else so now I’m having a dinner of Dr Pepper and French fries. I’ve had issues at this location before and it’s been almost a year since I had been back here, doesn’t seem like this place will change. Location and the company doesn’t seem to care anymore so I just won’t be coming back again, simple as that. Which is a shame because I preferred there burgers...

I don't go to burger King too often but once in a while my wife and I just like a change. As soon as we walked through the door the manager asked us to please be patient for there was only three people that showed up for work. Well let me tell you those three people did a incredible 👏 job keeping everyone happy and the burgers were great. In today's world of non workers these three hard working individuals were awesome 👌 and we will go back sooner. I actually did go back and this time there was only two workers at dinner time and customers were not giving a inch. I watched how well these two worked together and I could tell that they were tired. I thanked both of them and did something I have never done before I gave a tip and told them I wish it was more. Both thanked me and the eyes told the story. Manager of that store where ever he or she is should be happy to have these two hard workers. I'll be going back because of what ...

Came to this location today in the Drive-Thru and ordered a barbecue brisket Whopper meal. Apparently that's not something that you can order at the drive-thru because they told me to park my car up front and they'd bring the food out to me. Well I ended up sitting in my car in front of the main entrance for like 10 minutes before I went into the restaurant and asked them what the deal was with my food. Everybody seemed very confused. I gave them my receipt and was like I ordered food in the drive-thru and I've been waiting outside for it. Come to find out it was sitting on the shelf waiting to be handed out and nobody was bringing it outside. Also, I just opened the sandwich to ensure that it was made properly and there's no brisket on it. It's not a barbecue brisket Whopper it's just a barbecue Whopper. I hope the owner of this franchise reaches out to me for more information because I'd love to let them know just what I think. I've never seen such a poorly motivated group...
