I have been nothing but impressed with this branch. I have been looking forward to getting the Samsung S7 for a few months and would occasionally stop in just to admire the demo. Even despite my repeat questions and no immediate urgency to purchase a helpful gentleman by the name of Ryan would come chat to me about the offering and discuss product specs with me. I ended up getting my S7 yesterday evening and Ryan stopped at nothing to make sure I had the right gear and knowledge of this amazing piece of Tech. he even called after hours to make sure I understood how I could access the Samsung rebate for the VR headset
Another incident worth noting was my wife was recently in store to activate/ discuss roaming options one evening. She was 2nd in line and the customer in front of her was having a completely unreasonable temper tantrum over the setting up of his new phone. He had walked at closing and was insisting he wanted his new phone set up immediately, with a new case and screen protector. This process obviously takes a few minutes and this unreasonable customer was acting like he was ordering a milkshake from a fast food restuarant. Despite this, the person in the store was Tommy Leahy, who I believe is a new hire, handled this nightmare client with patience professionalism and as swiftly as is physically possible.
These two gents are assets to this branch and your brand. They should be acknowledged for their contribution because frankly, they are the reason we only deal with this branch.

Switched over from AT&T...Victra charges a 19.99 "start up" charge..and never discloses that Verizon will charge you 35 for each line when you leave. So plan on 55 bucks just in fees for each line you want. Also, was quoted what it would be monthly if I trade in my old phones and the number Verizon charged me was almost DOUBLE. And this is BEFORE you factor in all the fees. Spent literally hours on the phone getting it sorted because Victra is only really partnered with Verizon for selling you the goods..then you are on your own.The plan I walked out with had my first phone line cost me over 85.00 dollars a month and other lines were going to be 60 each!! That is what Nick signed me up for...and because I signed "the receipt" for my phones...I am on the hook for the money. Oh and it has not even been a full month but I still owe it! He wrote out the math and explained everything to me so I could understand how much money I could save, as well what I was spending and where it was going. He set me up with the best plan that fit my needs and was open to changes that were necessary for me as well. Reneau gave me the time and savings warranted and kept on a great outgoing and caring conversation during waiting times (such as my phone loading) at the same time he was making sure he assisted the other customers as well.
