When 4 items I ordered for delivery were missing from my order, i ordered delivery because my children have the flu and I didn’t want to bring them in the store. I called the store as soon as it arrived (contactless and driver did not follow instructions on where to put the order so he was already in the car driving off as I was getting them). When I called, the girl on the phone said “okay, our driver will be right there to bring them.” And brushed me off when I mentioned that he did not follow the “special instructions” they ask for when placing orders. 40 mins later they still were not delivered and I called the store again, this time I had the displeasure of speaking to the manager, who answered the phone. Now, after over 10 years working as a manager/customer service never would I make a customer feel like they are bothering us because of our poor service. Not once did this girl who let me know she’s an “adult I’m 18,” not once did she apologize for the poor experience and was acting like I was burdening the store for letting them know they didn’t deliver what I had ordered. She was irate when faced with an issue and acting like I was in the wrong for calling about it. Spent a lot of time arguing and getting angry rather than apologizing and trying to make it right. Read moreNormally this Domino's is really kind and willing to replace anything, but when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing online (which their online app has never funtioned properly, has doubled my orders, always makes me change my password, etc) they said it's not their problem and would not even give me a credit. Mind you, I am only a 2 minute drive around the corner. I even offered to pick it up because it wasn't my food so I had to pay for it. It was just a bread bowl. I always tip extremely generous even if the food is delivered wrong because it is not the drivers fault. I often received wrong orders and never made them come back just picked the stuff out and said please make sure it's right this time. I spoke to the manager and asked the policy, she told me it was not apart of the policy I'm a very rude manner. But the policy states that if I am not satisfied it will be fixed. Read moreFirst let me start off by saying the pizza & service is usually good. Now I understand that with the Covid "precautions " each restaurants precautions are different. Dominos gives the option of contactless or "normal " delivery. We NEVER opt for contactless. For those restaurants that are contactless we always write in the comments section "RING BELL! TIP IS IN CASH" , we do this because we do not want our food left on the ground!!! Who does?That being said we didn't think we had to go about the tip in cash because of the contactless delivery being an option. WRONG! Not only was our food on the ground but it was NOT in a bag of any kind. Talk about unsanitary and straight UNACCEPTABLE. If the employee knows that the food is going on the ground then the stores policy should be to put any and all food in plastic bags. Common Sense people. Beyond disappointed...
