Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockland

The food can be good. If you get what you ordered? If it says chicken Habanero sandwich, then that most likely would include the habit arrow sauce, considering that’s the only thing that the franchise has that’s any thing remotely close to “chicken habanero”. For about a half a year, I would order the sandwich for the six $6.99 special… every time we get home there was no sauce on it, and that just completely deplete the whole purpose of buying the sandwich. There’s not very much communication inside . Nobody says hi when you walk in. I feel like you should at least be greeted by somebody like how are you doing? Even if you are there just to pick up without talking to anybody. I’ve had a very pleasant encounters with some of the cashiers that rang me out though so no problems there. I guess they just need their crew to be more of a team and make sure they always have a team leader who is greeting everyone coming in and out of the store… no matter what they’re in the store for. Being recognized as always nice or being greeted I should say…my bad. These are just my opinion though. I have to say though, I always get the chicken habanero sandwich, but tonight I chose to buy a steak and cheese… mine is the mushrooms that was the bong I would definitely had given that that was the first thing I’ve ever ordered from there… but it’s not tonight. Genuinely one of the worst of the Domino’s stores in the chain. The employees have all emotionally given up and don’t care if the customers have a good experience or even the correct food for that matter. Last time I ordered from them I made the mistake of using pinpoint ordering. My driver never showed up and the store said it was my fault for not talking to them. I had to drive all the way to the store for a cold limp pizza with no reimbursement or even an apology. Tonight I decided to try again and ordered a 5 topping large only to arrive and have it missing a topping. I asked why and to have it remade only to be told “one of my coworkers just left to get the ingredient. All I could do for you is put the ingredient on your pizza cold”. We were given cold attitudes by most all of the employees there for asking for them to remake it. Don’t buy from this store....

I am 21 years old at the time of writing this. Today, I worked for 10 hours total, texted my family what is for dinner, and they didn’t know, so they decided to order from this dominos establishment. They said it would be ready in 35-45 minutes, which was a bit of a bummer since I was just clocking out of my second job of the day, so I would have to wait a bit. I arrive at the dominos and wait a bit until it was time. I walk in and ask them about the order. They said it was ready, but it wasn’t my order, so I confronted them on it. Then they said that my order would be ready in another 15-20 minutes. So I wait again. The next time I go in, I ask about it again. It turns out they gave my order to the wrong person.
