This is not my first time having issues with this DD! On one occasion I went they said they don't carry lemons. The next they said they were out of sweet tea! Today, I ordered 2 sweet teas with lemon. Wouldn't you know they had no lemons. Usually I would leave the sweet tea but I kept these. I tasted my tea and it tasted horrible, like water!!! I went back and said this tastes like unsweetened tea and Catherine replied, "it is because we are out of sweet tea". I asked why wouldn't she tell me that when I placed the order for sweet tea and she said the policy is to just give unsweetened tea with liquid sugar without asking the customer! Why on earth wouldn't they make a new batch of tea once one runs out?!
I then asked for a refund! She couldn't give me my money back! I asked for a MANAGER! She said she was the manager. I asked for the number to corporate, she said she didn't know. I asked was there anyone at the store above her and she said no. She said the general manager will be in tomorrow morning, you can call her. I asked for the store number and she replied “i don't know it, it's on Google!" I said so you are the manager and don't know your store's number and she said "oh I'm a shift lead"! What kind of policy does not give refunds for a product I didn't want instead of offering me something else in the place.
You don't just fix me something totally different than what I asked for! When I asked for a sweet tea you should have then said we are out of sweet tea, I can sweeten some unsweetened tea with liquid sugar and let me make the decision on whether I wanted that. Even a gift card would have been better than trying to replace the teas with something else. Clearly I wanted sweet tea as that is what I ordered. This is my last time at this DD! They really suck! And I have never left a bad review but this one I honestly wish I could give less...

Mid 2018: Busy location and yet still slower than expected service. In over 10 visits at different times, the female manager always seems bitter and not genuinely welcoming. The employees seem poorly organized. I witnessed one incident with a customer that I felt was poorly handled despite the customers calm and fair demeanor. The cashier apparently short-changed him $10 because she mistook his bill. He suggested hethey count the register at one point and the manager flat out admitted the register is always off so that wont prive anything. I left before the end outcome. If not for the close proximity, I'd go to the location in Viera instead as they're much better overall.
10/'18:After multiple attempts to buy a chicken salad croissant they hardly ever have available, along with many halfway cooked if not burnt egg wraps, I've given up visiting this location. The further drive to Viera or their competition nearby, Scooters, is well worth the higher cost for the good and timely service.
06/'19: I reluctantly gave them another chance today and was reminded not to do so again. I ordered a bacon chicken croissant sandwich at the drive-thru only to be kindly told at the window they had no croissants but could change the bread option. I calmly stated I didn't want the sandwich then but was told the "boss doesn't allow refunds", which is absurd to where I told the nice employee "your boss sucks" and she smiled and quietly said "yeah" while smirking. Read moreDonuts are pretty much the same... but customer service is lacking. These young ladies need to pay attention to customers. All while the 2 of them are talking, the cashier is trying to also take my order and give me my total, which she said wrong...but denied. No papers to separate the donuts in the bag so they don't stick together....just haphazardly dropped in the bag. No thank you or have a good day...all because they were dealing with other issues instead of the customer. If you need training on something, do it when you don't have a customer standing there. UPDATE: Came back a second time and they gave me some B.S about how I couldn't have my snackin bacon warm because of company policy. What??? The company made a whole policy about not giving the paying customer what they want??? It's a little bag of bacon people.. I'm sure it's not that serious. Especially since every other DD I have ordered snackin bacon from serves it warm! Even the one at the airport! Then when I said, what about the warm bacon in the sandwiches, she said that's different bacon! 🤣🤣🤣People really take their jobs wayyyy to seriously in order to make a customer unhappy.
