Ordered online tonight at 7:13PM 08/24/25, for pickup (which I do once every week or two. Service is usually fantastic. However, I walk in, not a worker in sight. The door rings when you walk in so I assume they hear me. I waited 5-10-ish minutes, still no one. Another lady walks in, (door dings) takes her to go order, leaves (door dings). We’re at three dings, and no one. I’m texting my wife who is in the car, and she comes inside. She says “Excuse me?” A girl with braids comes out and immediately starts with an attitude. “What?” My wife made her aware we put an order in at 7:13PM, supposed to be ready by 7:25PM, it’s 7:30PM. The worker goes on about how they didn’t get an order and if it was ordered it would ready. All of a sudden when I show her my receipt, the order ticket (sitting on the printer since I walked in, because I went to the counter to look). She argued with my wife back and forth about how it wasn’t there, they didn’t get it. My wife told her the problem was that I stood in there for 10 minutes, another person came in an out, and no one said a word. The girl with glasses was trying to “fix it” by trying to convince us the printer wasn’t working at the right times (not true, it was on the printer while i was there) The girl with braids said “It won’t take long to make” with an attitude. Our sandwiches were much messier to try and eat than usual. Very little meat on the sandwiches. Read moreOrdered 3 subs, got all the way home and one was wrong so we called 3 times and got no answer, which is when we had to drive back to BUY another sub because we didn’t bring the incorrectly made sub back!!! What?! They can’t do anything with it, but the manager told me we had to bring it back so they could throw it away!!!! I wasn’t upset about it being made incorrectly, it happens, everyone makes mistakes BUT to have to pay for another $10 sub because I didn’t bring the one back that I took a bite of and the fact that it was the manager telling me this was quite upsetting! Take better care of your customers, especially those that come to your establishment frequently!! This is insane to me, I’ll drive further from home to go to a different location from now on! Edit, I was placing this review in the store while waiting for my sub to be remade. My husband called the store while we were standing inside, 3 people were standing doing nothing and they still ignored the phone. Got my sub, I had ordered a large the first and second time well they handed me a medium, the manager argues with me that I did not say a large then tells me “I’m on break bye” and walks away, slams a door and leaves his staff to help me. Read moreWhere to even begin. First off, never purchase a gift card from Firehouse Subs because they definitely do not work and are a scam. Two separate times now I have received a gift card as a gift and both times trying to use it both cards did not work, walked out with no sub both times, just out of $40 worth of gift cards. Even had the receipt when it was purchased. Another instance, I made an online order for a turkey sub to pick up for lunch. I was at work so I was in a time crunch. I got to the store It was ready, I picked it up. I drove back to work open my sandwich and there was no meat on my sub. Now I have to drive back to firehouse to get the correct order and instead of apologizing and making my sandwich immediately they proceeded to help three customers ahead of me. This part is silly and not the stores fault but the programming overall is kind of stupid on their online ordering you spend $100 to get a free sub and when you go to enter your free sub online, it tells you that the payment must be at least a dollar in order to move forward. Nothing cost a dollar so really no free sub. I personally love the product that firehouse has to offer but damn everything else about it...
